Neuelane handled all aspects related to the social media account for the project. They deal with organic and paid posts. They'd also assist with new content creation and specialized campaigns based on the stage/needs of the project.

We worked regularly with 3 individuals on the team (Digital marketing manager, director of strategy, and director of production). When a new campaign was being planned we would also work with the creative director and director of photography.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Neuelane we saw a huge decrease in bounce rate for web traffic as well as a significant increase in quality of traffic stemming form social media. Our posts and ads received higher engagement and link clicks.

The post/calendar approval system Neuelane uses is simple and efficient. The team was always available for catch-ups and to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns.

We hired Neuelane to do our digital marketing and various campaigns. They handled IG and Facebook as well as other campaigns we did through email and other websites. They did our graphics and assisted with the website development.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to expand the knowledge of The Spot brand as well as get more customers into our locations. Barbershop are tricky to get new clients because people are loyal to their barbers. Increase in sales and clients was the main focus.

We are a local Miami team and so were they so we understood the different areas of South Florida and how we needed to market each. Neuelane handled all things digital marketing and strategies. They took the photos and videos we posted on IG and FB as well as provide the captions and strategized how to promote the posts and how to best spend our marketing dollars.

They also came up with campaigns and promotions for various holidays and special events. Neuelane came up with the quarterly gameplans and set goals for us to strive for as a company.

Their team was solid. They had all the strengths you look for in a creative team and were very easy to work with and collaborate with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Well to start we got about 6,000 new followers that were all local and potential customers. We did see that the special promotions they came up with and did marketing for had very good turn outs and ROI.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely smooth workflow between the two companies. Neuelane was great at communicating with our staff if there was a photoshoot or video shoot happening and the shops. They were also key in setting up phone calls and meetings with our team to game plan for the upcoming promotions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Neuelane was extremely organized and professional when it came to presentations of new campaigns and also when showing us the monthly goals and results. We found the reports very helpful because it showed us what was working and what wasn't.

I can honestly say I can't think of any areas that need improvement. Neuelane was always on point.

Neuelane built our website from scratch. It’s a platform that displays our recording studios, and the colors focus on the Miami theme. After they completed the website, we focused on branding.

They created a logo and a catchphrase, and they helped us figure out how to describe the studio more cohesively. The team also assisted us with keywords.

I interacted with Brandon (Co-Founder & COO) directly, who served as our project manager, but there were two other teammates involved.

I knew Brandon beforehand. When he started the company, I was one of the first clients they took on.

We spent $15,000 on the website, and the branding was $7,000–$10,000.

We began working on the website in February 2016, and it launched about three months later. We finished working with them a few months after that.

We’re quite popular right now, and their work really helped us highlight what we have that the other studios in Miami don’t have, which makes us stand out. neuelane did a great job.

How did neuelane perform from a project management standpoint?

I was able to call Brandon directly and quickly. We communicate via text. He was very involved, which was good. I worked with other people in the past who didn’t treat me that way. They were awesome with deadlines.

Brandon gave me a PowerPoint of what they wanted to do and the timeline for each section. I was able to scroll through each card and see what was going to be done. This helped me know what information I needed to provide. The process was well-organized and structured.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were small enough to give me attention. Brandon also understood the music scene and what I wanted. Other companies wanted to market us like we were selling a vacuum.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no complaints. I was very satisfied with everything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them because they were amazing. Make sure you know what you want. neuelane provided me a great foundation, so once I saw the presentation, I knew what I needed to do. However, if I had come in with more information, they could’ve taken me from point A to point B a lot quicker.

I was overwhelmed with the process and let them take control of the wheel, which is fine because they killed it. Anyone that wants to work with them should go in with a clear idea of what they want and provide neuelane with as much information as they can so that they can get a better end result.

Beyond social, they led our website refresh, collaborating with developers on design and user experience updates, and continue to provide ongoing site management and content updates.
