AugmentAI LLC is approaching MVP on its website: https://augmentai.com AugmentAI.com's vision has been realized through NetzOptimize's development services from inception of our original POC ask to its present state. The experience working with this team has been very rewarding. NetzOptimize Inc.'s key deliverables: 

1. Website development: System, User, & Admin UX. 
2. My Avatar Lab 
3. My Chat Library 
4. Avatar Interactions (text, voice, video) - ChatGPT & ChatD-ID integration, ElevenLabs voice integration, ChatGPT integration, Whisper API integration, AWS S3 integration
5.  AI Prompt engineering avatar integration - Behavioral science guided by AugmentAI LLC, implementation realized by NetzOptimize Inc. 
6. Pay system integration

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To sum it up, every ask is either delivered or in well underway / in process. A website from scratch has been deployed with a highly technical infrastructure. AugmentAI.com has a fully functional website delivering an immersive AI interaction. There are some key deliverables outstanding (recently asked), and expect those in March 2024 which will enable our service to go live.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their management was very supportive when business issues did come up, we never experienced a blocker. AugmentAI LLC never set "deadlines", and as such some timing went longer than expected. We are very much in discovery mode with AI elements, and with complex projects that are highly creative it is obvious they are very thoughtful. Good things are worth working toward, great things happen all at once. There's a little bit of both to be found with this team. When issues were identified along the way they were tracked and resolved in a timely basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In no particular order, they often have very forward-thinking ideas, they never miss a meeting, they're friendly people, highly motivated, and technically skilled (last in list but not least!).

Are there any areas for improvement or something NetzOptimize Inc. could have done differently?

This is AugmentAI LLC's first project. A few communication gaps took place which were immediately solved when their tracking system was adopted in full, which took a few cycles to sink in... not their fault.
