Our engagement with Network Shape involved designing, implementing, and continuously managing our IT infrastructure. Network Shape tailored the IT solutions for our immigration law firm with approximately 10 staff and 2-3 lawyers. They set up and maintained a Windows-based server environment with virtual machines, established secure company-wide acess controls, and migrated our email and collaboration systems to Google Workspace. Additionally, they transitioned our file storage from an on-premises setup to a cloud-based shared drive structure, improving accessibility and organization.

Though Network Shape are always transparent about what certain solutions or recommendations will entail and cost, I have sometimes found it difficult as a layperson to fully grasp the scope of the work involved and the timeline needed to execute the project. Communication in regards to certain technical aspects could be improved.
