The work was to produce an online resource for use by low attaining students. The interface for students was designed to be very easy to use. I had then to be able to upload materials to include graphics and audio as well as text, with branched lines of instruction depending on the results of frequent tests. The tests had to be in a variety of formats.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have been able to access the site and place and test my own material on the site. My students have also been given access to test the site. At each stage, Nettyfly has produced videos to help me see the latest progress and to demonstrate how to make use of the latest progress.

The management team is excellent. They respond quickly to all my requests and always deliver their work on time or even early. They were supportive when I was stressed about particular aspects and helped me to understand the computing side of my project. They were impressive in their technical skills and in their helpfulness.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having worked with another company before, I found that this company was much more responsive to my needs than the previous company. They answered messages within the hour and often earlier. Whenever I had a problem, they rushed to sort it out. They were patient when I needed to change my mind over something and helped when I was stuck over a decision.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nettyfy Technologies could have done differently?

My only problem was that they are based in India, and I am based in the UK, so we have a time difference! Apart from that they are perfect!!

We shared our requirements with the vendor and did a proof of concept initially, and we were happy with the work from Nettyfy. Then we selected them to design and develop a complete solution for us.

They helped us in developing highly custom Mobile Application in Android & iOS. The solution also had a backend and Admin Dashboard to manage everything from the backend. The scope of the project was big and they were able to design and develop the application as per our requirement.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have already been doing business in offline mode for many years, but this mobile application gave our brand more visibility and really helped us in gaining more customers in the B2B space. It also helped us automate some of the business processes, which helped us in improving the productivity of our employees.

They assigned a Project manager to discuss and update our team about the progress of the work being done. They arranged a weekly meeting to demonstrate the work on a regular interval and note down the feedback from our side. They were very prompt in answering queries on chat and virtual meetings.

Nettyfy had met our expectations and delivered our application on time with great quality. They even came up with ideas and suggestions from their side during the brainstorming sessions, which helped us in developing a full proof solution. Nettyfy team has deep technical knowledge in developing Mobile Applications and Software Solutions.

I have not faced any major issues while working with them.

We asked proposal from around 3 companies from our location and selected them with based on their professionalism, ease of communication and off course in terms of price.

First task was to choose a best theme as per the current trend and we were given around 5 different themes to choose from. After selection of theme, they stared working on it and we used to get timely update for the same. Lots of in person meetings, online meetings happened for review of the work done on time to time basis.

We worked with a project manager, 2 web developers, and a SEO guy.

Off course they have changed the website completely and it looks more professional and trendy now. Our clients have applauded us for the website as they can find most of the things they are looking for. There were some portions in design, which were not in the theme but we saw it on some other website and wanted to include it in our website too and they managed to do it for us.

We were getting regular updates from their team and we used to review it and send them our feedback within a day or two. We never faced any challenge in that.

After interviewing and analyzing the cost and availability of the candidates Nettyfy was picked as the best options.

The scope involved developing an Magento 2.0 module that would allow a custom form to be displayed. The form fields needed to allow for dynamic options and logic that dynamically changed fields based on the users choices. We followed an agile development process. The key deliverables were a functioning form that implemented the fields based on the configuration of the backend. Magento was the main technology/ platform used. That includes html, javascript, CSS, PHP, and Mysql.

3 People in total. A senior developer, business development manager, and sales association.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients are able to enjoy faster page loading due to the upgrade to Magento 2.0 platform. They enjoyed the functionality from the previous M1 and now they can have the same functionality plus a few extras in the M2 version.

We had daily stand-ups with the senior developer. He was able to understand the requirements and communicate effectively any issues that he incurred during development. We used Skype, Github, and Hubstaff, to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

There was the normal onboarding for local development that comes with all projects.

The account is still fresh but we are starting to get reporting that is proving success for the campaigns. Continual ideas is also very important to me and Nettyfy is doing a great job with this.

All of the reporting I get is from google data but if asked Nettyfy would be flexible and support any reporting needed. Communication is through google and whatsapp.

Currently there is not anything jumping our but if there are any mistakes, they are sure to own up to them and make it right (minor miscommunications).
