How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They’ve managed the project well despite the time zone difference. We have communicated via Skype, audio and video chats, and shared documents. The project manager has been very engaged—responding to all queries and drawing from a wealth of understanding of technical requirements.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I am most appreciative of their flexibility and willingness to help. They have capably handled every task we’ve given them. Further, they’ve been very communicative and responsive.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We could benefit from some kind of shared task manager that we could use to log tasks and record QA results.
