The more intermediaries involved in the supply chain, the higher the likelihood of corruption. Due to this, there was a risk of a data breach, which was a significant concern. To address this, the decision was made to move all valuable assets, including the customer database, accounts receivable, inventory, prepaids, building equipment, supplies, and brand reputation, to Blockchain to ensure their security, integrity, and easy tracking.

Together with us, NetSet Software created a blockchain solution(Web 3 development project) that utilizes an unchangeable cryptographic record to guarantee and safeguard the ownership and value of every asset to an individual or organization, eliminating the requirement for a third-party and reinforcing the confidence in the system.

Initially, we worked with them to build our website from scratch focusing on the website’s looks & feel and to ensure their professionalism. And then kept moving towards blockchain to achieve the end vision.

• Since some modules are being completed and tested internally. The feedback was impressive. Team is alway on top of things and from requirements prospective. Especially their management and communication. MVP phase has been completed and tested. Planning on launching is underway and working on it.

They were on the front foot and quite flexible with both Waterfall and Agile. Initially scope was too straightforward and completed using Waterfall.

Down the line during enhancement of the initial website, Agile with Scrum was adaptive. Keeping us updated and on top of the progress as well as ensuring that we are spending time on useful features only.

They're quite adaptive to feedback and consistent with progress. That being said, communication is the way to very huddle. And this team proves it. By communicating each and everything in a timely manner and concisely.

Are there any areas they could improve? Overall, we are quite pleased with this collaboration. But of course, improvement is always needed. They can adopt more ways to automate the things/processes and this will keep them one step ahead of others.

It's still an early stage for this project in order to have any measurable outcomes but we feel that the deliverables have great quality and feature what we've expected from the start.

We had daily stand ups and used slack for communication. They were very flexible and quick to adapt to our way of working. They always communicated potential delays ahead of time so that we could adapt before it was too late to react.

The software engineer whom I work with. The enthusiasm, quality and transparency of the communication with her is what makes our company willing to continue working with them.

The project started in May 2021 and ended in June 2022. However, we’re still in contact with them because they agreed to monitor the app’s performance for 60 days after delivery.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app built by NetSet is easy to use, and its UI is great. It is now live on Google Play, and I can see it becoming a success because a lot of people in the US have chronic diseases. So far, we’ve received great feedback from first users.

We were satisfied with NetSet’s project management. They had a great communication system in place and delivered what we asked them for on time. Throughout the project, they provided us with guidance in areas we didn’t have full knowledge of. Additionally, whenever we had meetings, they respected the meeting times. We usually communicated via email, Upwork, and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

NetSet’s customer service capabilities were impressive. They really valued my time and feedback, and they were able to meet my expectations. Additionally, they have a solid team.

It would be great if NetSet could provide additional guidance to the clients to select more advanced technology to sync with existing platforms.

Having basic technical knowledge will help the project move at a pace beneficial for both sides.

What challenge were you trying to address with NetSet Software Solutions?

We hired them to help us build our online system. Initially, we had many issues with developers that couldn't build what we wanted. Another provider had developed a framework that didn't work when we tried to launch it, so we reached out to NetSet Software to rebuild the system from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, I sent NetSet Software the scope, and we discussed the best ways to go about the project and what systems we should build the website on. From there, they developed the frontend, then the backend, and then integrated them. Our server is on AWS, and they connected two separate domains that interlink with each other. They created APIs to link into different domains so we could get images from various websites popping up per address. The team also built a payment gateway from scratch and integrated it. 

The website records and relays information to different stakeholders who order our services. The system allows agents to request a report on behalf of their clients; it also gives them the client’s information and links to other stakeholders like mortgage brokers and buyers’ agents. That information is stored on the backend system, where we also upload documents that get sent to the frontend stakeholders. Currently, NetSet Software is handling updates to the site.

I mainly speak with one person who I believe is a project manager, and he has a team working with him.

I found them on Upwork. NetSet Software understood the scope of my project and asked relevant questions instead of just asking questions for the sake of it. We had a few negotiations in terms of whether they could do it. Ultimately, I chose them because they responded the way I needed and understood what I wanted.

We started working together in November 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

NetSet Software has been very good. The portal works — it's live and functioning well. Before working with them, we didn't have an online presence, and now we're selling daily sales due to their help. We've also seen a lot of traffic to our site. The team delivers what they promise, so I'll keep using their services. 

How did NetSet Software Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very good at project management; they deliver on time and within budget. They advise us on cost, give me a detailed analysis of what I want, we negotiate with them, and then they deliver. I talk to them on Skype every night and make sure they're doing the work. I currently don't have in-depth development knowledge, so I don't feel it's necessary to track their work using project management software. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with how NetSet Software communicates with me. Many providers I reached out to couldn't understand what I wanted. Since I don't have much technical knowledge, I needed to convey what It thought, and NetSet Software understood the requirements and has translated that into a technical solution. Overall, they're really good at what they do; they're diligent and do exactly what I ask for. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could allow me to track their progress. However, since I don't know about development, I wouldn't know how to follow the work. Still, I'm sure if I suggested software that would help, they'd use it.

If you're not tech-savvy, you should understand what you want before engaging NetSet Software because they'll do exactly what you tell them to do.

We were able to go live/production with netset in 4 weeks after starting the project with them. With the planning schedule before moving to netset it was projected to happen in 8 weeks. As a developer myself, I do code reviews on the contributions pushed by my team from netset, and I can say they follow nest practices and good coding style for readability and maintenance.

We used basecamp as our official and main communication channel, So far, all planned interactions have been executed in time, without rush and the goals reached within the known tolerance for projections.

NetSet Software Solutions is simply a responsive business partner. There is no challenge we could not solve in the past, as long as we talk and evaluate alternatives and decide on the best way to proceed. Netset management is involved in the day to day work, thus, on the rise of any challenge we can talk on the phone or videoconference in short time to get to solutions.

I think as improvement is an ongoing effort, Netset can continue the path they are already on: making sure everyone is on time on the meetings, and giving visibility of the work done every day.

I was searching for an IT based organization for quite long that provides web development solutions with excellent services. While hunting Netset came across and within a week things got finalized.

My project was all about creating an eCommerce website which offers Clothing and beauty products at good prices and ships and delivers products to the doorstep. Next was the product testing which included various phases and builds to be validated and verified at each progression phase followed by the website launch and post-deployment support.

Yes, from SEO point of view the website portal build was healthy with optimized content, website security, the design features, etc. If we talk about deriving sales that obviously took time but gradually we started to witness some good results while improving many areas of the website again.

Project management overall was good. There were a few misconceptions in the start of the project but they were all cleared with close intervention. Rest the efforts made by the Netset team was appreciable.

The best thing I saw in the professionals of the company was that they were very charismatic and hard-working which was very impressive and something to praise of.
