I needed a facelift on my website. It needed to be cleaned up and updated. I also needed to incorporate a scheduling system with a payment processor. They found me a system that was easy to use.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I sent out a request on thumbtack. They sent me a response that was understandable, easy to access and they weren't annoying. They also sent me a follow up email so now I had something tangible.

They updated all my widgets. They took off some pages that were redundant. They told me where to go to learn how to do simple things myself on my website. They found a calendar, scheduling and payment processor and advised me to research more information and get in touch with the developers to see if I liked it before they installed it. Any quick fixes they get to my website right away and are very responsive.

I had a main contact but when he was out of town he made sure I knew how to contact someone else and when I forgot someone else responded reminding me, they were very helpful and attentive as well.

My website is visually appealing and I know how to do some minor adjustments. People can easily book and appointment with me.

They are very patient and easy to talk to. They guided me how to do things on my own or sometimes if it was a quick fix they just went into the website and adjusted themselves.

I hired Netlynx INC to make me a website where I can sell my clothing line. Also on my website other businesses and entrepreneurs can sign up and sell their product too.

I went on Google, Upwork and Thumbtack to find a website design company. I decided to go with NETLYNX INC because they had great reviews and Sam was really knowledgeable and Nice on the phone.

On my website you search for the service you want in your state. You click on the category of Actor, Barber, Cosmetologist, Clothing Designer etc. Then you buy that service and the company gets 80% and I get 20% commision fee. So everyone makes a profit.

I worked with multiple website designers for 6 months. I worked with Sam, Francis and Mike. They did amazing jobs video calling to show me step by step how to use my website. I love it and thank you so much.

My website designers Sam, Francis and Mike at Netlynx did an Incredible job making my Takeover Empire Website for businesses to advertise and sell their products online. I love that it is fully functional and I can make a perectage of the profit that the businesses sell and they are happy to make extra income too. I love my website it is Phenomenal and worth the $20,000 dollars. Thank you so much I recommend them to everybody they are the Best!

We had effective communication the whole time they worked on my website project. We called, emailed and did video calls where they showed Me step by step how to use my amazing website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was amazed at the overall design of my website, and that it uses google maps to find businesses in different areas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wanted there to be away to where the buyer types in there credit card information and buys directly from the seller and then my percentage is put automatically in my account. Instead the customer pays me then I pay the seller. But Netlynx let me know there is not enough space to do that yet But maybe in the future with more space. But the payment method will work just fine. Also I would love to have videos but I would need more space as well. I'm glad I had a compromise and got the feature to review the company and save the company. So I am completely happy. Thank You so much!

I needed an online presence for my new company - just the basics so that when someone searched by my company name, they would find information on my solutions. I was able to write all my copy, but quickly found WordPress to be challenging on my own.

I went to Thumbtack looking for local web designers. Netlynx was quick to respond, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and scoped the project.

I provided the web copy for each of the pages. In a few days, Netlynx had a mock up with images. Shortly after that, they updated the site with my new logo. We went through two iterations of changes on how the copy looked. They provided images to use, but I decided to source my own which they incorporated onto my site. Next, they did a Zoom call showing me how to easily change the copy on my own. We're working on SEO next.

I worked with one person at Netlynx making it very easy for me to communicate my vision for the project.

I was able to focus my time on my consulting practice and working with customers instead of learning the intricacies of WordPress. I'm also enable to make minor changes on my own going forward.

Very effective workflow. They took what I created in PowerPoint and brought it to life, creating a website.

I would have liked guidance earlier on other things to consider in launching a new web site: meta tags needed for how the business looks on Google, how to get the logo to show up on my LinkedIn profile. The team was very responsive when I did ask these questions.
