The NetForward team familiarized themselves with our clients and their IT and phone systems and began servicing them. In addition to working overtime to resolve issues promptly and properly, the NetForward staff quickly learned our ticketing/invoicing system. Over the next few weeks, they managed transfers of more than two dozen clients to another provider, an incredible feat given the number of clients involved and the complexity of their IT systems. 
Moreover, as they found inefficiencies and poorly structured setups both at clients and my firm, they made suggestions for improvement and implemented them where feasible. Finally, NetForward took on all my remaining clients

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All clients were successfully serviced, and all transfers were made successfully, the majority within the expected time frame (NetForward did all they could to meet the deadline, but a few vendors presented challenges to making the transfers within the expected timeframe).

The firm had a phenomenal business ethic, and a strong organizational structure and is staffed by competent professionals who are very knowledgeable, well-trained, and pleasant to deal with. The team works well together, which enables them to quickly assess a situation and respond appropriately. 
While working incredibly long hours under significant stress, the team is always courteous and pleasant and responds promptly to all communications. The NF folks are dedicated, dependable, and can even be a delight to work with. They are hardworking, yet fun.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have partnered with NetForward for number of years for infrastructure management, Identity management and special IT projects in a very complex and diverse environment. They’ve always come through, completing the work professionally, on time, and within the budget. 

Beside the technical capabilities, what I really appreciate the most about NetForward is their ethics. They do their job in a right way, do not cut corners and will conduct themselves transparently. These are qualities that you really can't find very easily these days. I trusted NetForward to take care of my company. I can confidently say that you will not regret hiring NetForward!

NetForward delivered the results on time and budget. Their response was fantastic throughout the engagement, really taking time to listen to our needs and responded to our ever-changing needs successfully.

NetForward has fantastic technical and project management talents who can figure out just about anything. They have not failed in any tasks that we gave during our long engagement with them. However, the most important quality is their ethics. They have proven to be completely trustworthy, straightforward, transparent, and providing honest feedback to help us make the best decisions.
