We start by understanding what the customer is trying to achieve rather than immediately discussing CVs or technologies. We aim to structure cooperation so that customers are not forced to maintain unnecessary development capacity simply because their needs have changed. Netcorp takes care of recruitment, employment, contracts, payroll and replacement of specialists, while the customer can focus on the product and business. This flexibility is also useful for new products. A project can start with a relatively small team building a prototype or first version and then scale into a larger development organization once the concept has been validated. Our preferred model is close integration rather than operating as a separate outsourced development organization. Our developers can join the customer's existing teams, use the same development and communication tools, participate in the same meetings and follow the customer's development processes. Depending on the engagement, the customer can manage the team directly or we can provide additional delivery and project management responsibility. Our main delivery locations are Poland and Estonia.
