Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Development of an app, charge control, and application for the electric car charging network. In the course of the project, charging control was created using an RFID card for public chargers in Enefit's home markets in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
An additional part was the control of home chargers for private customers with smart charging that monitors the exchange price of electricity. In addition, a solution for business customers, where business customers could resell their charger as a service.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At first stage ten public charging stations are opened and adding new stations is possible. Today we have over 200 charging stations in the Baltics and Poland. Second stage was to make possible smart charging at home.

Project management was very proffessional. Any changes in the working process or appeared impediments were notified upfront. As of we require stable and experienced people we had most of the staff from beginning till the end of the project.
