I have bought their base app - NBDesigner and asked them to do customization of it according to my needs

We had very good and quick communication with the Netbase JSC Developers and they had nice and good solutions for all of our requests

I well worked with Ms Janet from Customer Support and with two Developers - Ms Selena and Mr. Jack Lee from Technical Dept.

Their past experience in building these products - in fact, an off the shelf solution for exactly what I was looking for.

Had a couple of calls with their head of new projects followed by a brainstorming session with their product consultant and technical team lead. They built a solution within 3 iterations on Magento and PHP.

They covered everything in minute detail during the initial sessions and came up with a working solution within 2-3 iterations.

At first, they were very casual, but after the second meeting they got up to speed very-very quickly. The project was completed pretty much on time and very close to the budget.

Team's focus in understanding the project and their eagerness to get the job done to high standards.

Initial hesitation in engaging the client. But after 1-2 meetings the team was fully switched on.

They created an awesome product MVP to prove the model and attract users as well as funding.

Had project discovery call with the team followed by wireframes and user journey flow analysis. After a couple of iterations, the team produced a product using Magento with custom extension and theme.

They did a great job of capturing my requirements and building a tailored solution for my needs within a very tight deadline and a limited budget. Well Done!

Generally very good - diligent and punctual. Perhaps comms can be improved a little bit. But overall great work.

They got the idea immediately and presented some great wireframes for the first iteration to build the MVP and final version.

They needed some guidance in Project Management and Comms (to match my exacting standards). But no major issues.
