I met with Kenny and his team over lunch to explain more about my practice and my thoughts on the industry as a whole. They pitched an overhaul on my existing site and how it could be improved. They followed up with a proposal and concept. I engaged and within a few weeks we had a new site up. From there we strategized on SEO and PPC opportunities. They consulted with me on what my strengths were and what set me apart in my field. They also pointed out where I was already ranking well and how to capitalize on that. That lead to better landing pages, click funnels, A/B pages, and overall better conversion.

What was the team composition?

Kenny was the pitch man and my main point of contact, but over the years I've several staff members I've worked with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I used a different site builder for years and saw no progress in SEO ranks. I did most of that on my own and relied on Google to handle my PPC. That did well, but once I moved to Neonbrand I saw my organic results jump. Eventually I moved my PPC over and got a much better ROI using their team. Beyond just numbers, my clients appreciated the way information was organized and the overall aesthetic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was great thanks to quick email replies, frequent video messages (embedded in emails), and text contact I had with Kenny.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Approachability. My questions were always heard and my thoughts we're just fielded but were frequently built into the plan. I felt apart of the structure rather than standing idly by and watching the adults work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am completely satisfied.
