We needed new graphic material, such as single-page newsletters, promotional flyers, and much more, on a continuous basis for weekly publication on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages. We met with the Neekan team on a weekly basis to work out the details of the content for the week. The color theme palette, logo, graphic placement, etc. were discussed in detail, and Neekan produced the material consistently for a long number of weeks. The Rollcallz team is very satisfied with their work and continues to look forward to working with the Neekan team.

The project was managed well, and deliveries were on time. Holidays and vacations were planned ahead of time during the project. The team was very accommodating to the changes, such as adding or positioning a QR code with an updated URL as a last-minute change. The product team and the Neekan team worked closely to get the best marketing content out to the market that is actionable for prospective Rollcallz customers.

The team's flexibility and aspiration to do their best were impressive. The team makes a sincere effort to offer their service to suit product needs. The Neekan team took time to understand the value proposition of our product and tailor the messaging continuously to match the product feature rollout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Neekan Consulting could have done differently?

Internally review the deliverables from the customer perspective before presenting them to the customer. Sometimes the content is reviewed live, and changes are updated on the spot. While this is understandable because of the change in requirements or time pressure on the team, an impressive presentation opportunity may be missed.
