Believe it; it wasn't easy! We searched a lot on Google for companies that could take on our project as we were looking for someone local. Finally, we land on Navicosoft. Vaping industry isn't easy to deal with, and we didn't know anything about the websites and the online approach and technicalities. So everything has to be started and built from scratch.

Obviously, there were areas of confusion and critical and crucial considerations. However, they thoroughly study our industry and craft custom solutions for our sites' SEO and marketing. They were supposed to build or vape products e-store and do its SEO, and they nailed it. Our website is a success, and its simple design and eCommerce functionality match our requirements for an eCommerce website.

The most important outcome we want to talk about is the result-driven SEO. At first, we were worried about our business sales. Now our website is receiving tons of visitation. They made us rank from nowhere to a well-trusted vape products company. And we are literally reaping the benefits in the form of a vast audience and sales boost until now.

I’m a lead engineer and a project manager for Designergy. We do 3D modeling and also provide consulting. Whenever someone wants to create a product, they need a prototype; to make it, they need a CAD model, and that’s what we’re all about. We also do a bit of machining.

Before working with Navicosoft, we didn’t have an online presence. Now, we have a good number of people visiting our website. We’ve also had an increase in leads per month. One of those leads is a big brand in the aerospace sector that contacted us. Although some months are a bit slow, overall we’ve seen a positive increase in revenue. 

How did Navicosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project manager is in touch with their internal team, and there are always a couple of people involved in meetings. During development, our CEO was in direct contact with them. Overall, we’ve never had any communication gaps. We have a Skype group where Navicosoft provides updates, and we also use Zoom. They use a client portal where we can see any pending invoices and project milestones.

I’m impressed with how well Navicosoft understands us. Getting what we do is important for any marketing company, and the team has a good grasp of the services we offer.

The starting month was a bit slow, but then we had a good number of queries weekly. As a result, the conversion rate is increasing, and we are happy that sole traders and SMEs in Hertfordshire are contacting us for bookkeeping services.

We were quite impressed with the results of the project. We have seen a good amount of queries since we started social media marketing. Our sales increased significantly in the past few months.

My team has a weekly Wednesday meeting with Navicosoft team members. It’s like an internal team meeting where we discuss all the points, exchange ideas and see the progress report. Moreover, we get a monthly social media calendar from Navicosoft, which helps us navigate through the campaigns and stats.

The company has a developed and efficient working system. We are impressed by the number of ideas that are beings shared, and obviously, we are enjoying sales from their efforts.
