Napollo partnered with us to design and develop Next Chapter Living from scratch. They delivered the full consumer platform with integrated map search and filters, the business portal for communities to claim and manage profiles, in-depth analytics dashboards, and an admin portal for our team. They also integrated Stripe for payments, public/state/federal data feeds, third-party neighborhood metrics, and built the SEO/analytics foundation we needed to launch successfully.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Napollo delivered the project on time and within budget, which was critical for us as a startup. They were proactive problem-solvers, highly responsive, and extremely mindful of costs throughout the build. While we just launched and long-term metrics are still developing, their ability to guide us step-by-step, balance priorities, and keep everything moving smoothly gave us confidence and a successful on-time launch.

they helped from scratch to help build our ecommerce store that we currently are running. they even thought about which theme, layout, design, SEO, and everything in between to really give us the best chance of surviving and thriving in the ecommerce space of lingerie.

we had some KPI's discussed during the project kickoff meeting and milestones we aimed to hit to make sure we can finish this site in a reasonable time. if anything it was us that was causing the delays with the amount of SKU's and things we had to fix on our end

For award-winning designer Darden Mock, residential design has always been rooted in the desire to create beautiful spaces that people love to live in. Her passion for design was sparked at a very young age by watching her great-grandmother carefully prepare her home for guests. Freshened towels, fluffed cushions, flowers in every room – every detail counted in creating just the right feeling.

I am the Chairman and CEO of Midvale Box Inc.

The Midvale team goes well beyond our own men, women, and machinery. We also represent our board mills, ink suppliers, die makers glue suppliers, and trucking companies. So we not only choose them very carefully, for reliability and competitive pricing, we re-evaluate them on a regular basis.

At Midvale, we never forget it's our team against our competitors. The bottom line for us is your satisfaction. We make sure we run at optimal efficiency every day. Our machinery is 125' long, runs at 500' per minute and prints up to 4 colors, cuts and strips, all in one pass, on one machine. It's called "web feed" production.

Others use the "sheet feed" process in which it's necessary to print on one piece of equipment, die cut the form on another, and strip with pneumatic hammers, by hand, as the last step of production. This is both labor intensive and costly. Our efficient manufacturing is what sets us up to be reliable across the board. Last year we had a perfect record, with 100% on-time delivery for both standard and custom orders.

Despite our industry being on strike and our work being in the toilet - we see some life in our website all of a sudden, and we should be in a good place when the picket lines are gone. Exact measurable outcomes are difficult for me to quote at this time in such an extreme situation, but it seems that our website is not down to the scale that our income is at this time (due to the strike).

They've been incredibly responsive, and communicated perfectly with us the entire time. Any issues that came up were immediately dealt with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They showed up at my office a few times at the beginning of the project in effort to understood my business and our needs - which they understood pretty quickly. I did not have to inflict pain on anyone to get things done, there was a good flow and responsiveness.

They worked in a platform that I was comfortable with - and they're literally the only people who didn't try to sell me on some complete re-design from the ground up etc.. They worked with what we had already, and just made the adjustments that we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Napollo Software Design could have done differently?

I think that these guys are very self-motivated to improve themselves naturally in search of perfection. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. Maybe get a better review software haha - I've never invested more time writing a review for anyone on earth.

We had 2 management and 4 staff members involved in the projects. 1 designer and 3 developers. The team members grow over time as the projects increased.

Since we were facing challenges in completing the work after this vendor's help we were able to close all those projects with minimum challenges or issues.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The communication was done through a chatbox like slack. the project management was done through Asana and code management though our internal server systems. There were no language or timezone barriers as we were comfortable in English and the local language and time differences were minimal.

They had a structured style of working and the internal KPI's were just out of the box.

The projects were a success and we didn't feel any need to improve areas in the vendor's company.
