I provided Mystique Brand Communications with a company name, and Paul (President) initially interviewed me — we created the company's voice. He also created logos, print, and web designs that we could put on lawn signs, vans, and other materials. For the logo, he gave me six options. I chose two, and he revised them until I could choose one.

At present, we’re going to launch an active marketing campaign. They’ll design our website and work on our SEO efforts, and once the company is publicly launched, we’ll kick off the campaign. They’ve started working on our website’s script, but we haven’t gone that far in the process yet.

My main point of contact is Paul. He has a creative team, and they bounce ideas off of each other.

The quality of Mystique Brand Communications’ work is flawless. Paul goes above and beyond. For instance, he’s looked into the website of my other business and given me SEO pointers even though it’s not part of our contract. Overall, he’s truly personable and down to earth.

How did Mystique Brand Communications perform from a project management standpoint?

Paul is highly communicative. I can text him if necessary, and I can set appointments and meetings with him whenever I want. However, we usually communicate through email and meet over Zoom once per week or every couple of weeks. He sends me significant updates via email, and it’s up to me to review them and get back to him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Apart from being a local business, I’m impressed with Mystique Brand Communications’ perceived value and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Paul is an absolute professional and adds a personal touch to the engagement.

There’s been some internal trepidation about the rebranding, but I’m totally confident that the new name and logo will be much more appealing and garner a better response. Our original name was difficult to pronounce, and Google gave us a lot of trouble with it.

We anticipate being able to measure website results more clearly within the next month or so. However, we’re starting to see the fruits of their labor; our incoming calls have increased since working with Mystique, which has been excellent. The increased calls could also result from our reviews generating local SEO, but we’ve been happy with it either way.

The Mystique team has delivered on time and within budget. Our biggest bottleneck has been on our end because our team hasn’t given the feedback Mystique needs to move forward. We typically communicate via phone and meet weekly to establish success metrics for upcoming campaigns.
