We are DevOps and Cloud consultants. Advascale builds and optimizes scalable and easily manageable IT infrastructures. I’m a co-founder and the CEO of the company.

We had a problem with proper lead and client workflow organization. Our goal was to get an easily manageable, understandable, and reliable CRM to track all leads and clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

MX studio offered the best solution for the price and speed of development. They had experience in developing similar solutions.

Initially, a detailed prototype was made where we discussed all the goals of the project and a technical task was drawn up. After that, everything was done according to the approved plan, and small changes were made in the development process. CRM was developed taking into account all our wishes. A design was made and subsequently a CRM system was programmed to account for all our clients, ticket management, email distribution, integration with accounting and external services.

We worked with a project manager and a development team. It was very convenient, we solved all important issues with only one person who understood deeply the essence of the project. The development was carried out by 6 people, with whom there were also meetings every 2 weeks.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have accessed to our system and all the code is on Github. The product we get allows us to optimize internal business processes. It is self-intuitive and easy easily manageable and is totally aligned with our needs.

They worked on Scrum technology, which was perfect, since we didn’t know exactly what product should be in the final. We communicated via email and Slack.

Experience and approach to project management. They delved into our business problems and provided us with sound advice for improvements.

I don't think so, but there's always room for improvement.

All parts of the project were delivered on time, in line with the client's expectations. Graphic designs met the client's requirements. A new web platform and an application based on projects provided by the company was created.

Project manager we worked was easy to communicate, we kept in constant contact. If necessary, we easily organized online meetings. We received an update on the team's work on an ongoing basis. We were impressed with the timeliness of the team's work.

We had a tight timeframe, MX was able to get everything done in about 3 weeks and I wanted to have a website on Wordpress and DIVI. MX was first company that was able to create website for DIVI.

First I gave them instructions on structure of our website. After 3 or 4 iterations we got that and went to designing graphics, which was done in next 3 iterations. After that the site was created using Wordpress/DIVI. Next all printed material were created, in about a week, coherent with website look&feel.

Everything went fast and as planned. They were fast to respond to our sugestions.
