The project scope was to design a new website, for a new business, including development and QA testing. I was also looking for support on how to use a platform (Wordpress) that was new to me as I have only used Shopify prior, so required some training on using the platform in the future

• The project was delivered in the timeframe stipulated and agreed between both parties prior to the work commencing. The project also didn't incur additional costs, everything was captured from a good pre-project brief that I was asked to complete to ensure all details were captured on the scope of the work

The project management was very good, I had one point of contact throughout the entire process who acted as a co-ordinator across their internal team. The project was delivered on time and to specification pre-agreed The main way of communicating was through email, however when there was a topic that we needed to discuss verbally, we used video calls
