Multidots has designed and developed our website from scratch. We first had an introductory call where I went over my ideas and vision for the website. I needed some components to be completed for the website’s build and design. We then moved forward with the project, and I met with the implementation team to go over my ideas. As for the technology stack, the team has used Figma for the design and WordPress for the development.

I found them through a recommendation from WordPress. I looked at 2–3 other web developers, and Multidots’ feedback and ratings were the most appealing to me.

We've spent $29,000 with them on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2024, and the website was launched in February 2025. The engagement is ongoing because we’re planning the second phase of the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site is still new, so we haven’t done any formal marketing. The success is based on the UI design and performance of the site’s pages. Everyone who has seen the site loves the design and layout. The most successful part of the project is that I provided a basic idea on a PowerPoint and told Multidots what I wanted it to look like and how it should perform. They've taken care of every part of that.

How did Multidots perform from a project management standpoint?

The speed of the project has come down to how fast I can provide the content for the website. The website was completed a day or two early, and there were no delays. We've communicated through Zoom and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The project plan has been transparent and meticulous.

There is nothing I would recommend for improvement.

If you need a heavy website build, Multidots will get it done right the first time.

What challenge were you trying to address with Multidots?

We needed help with web development and design for our digital publication. We needed to migrate the entire site to a new host and redesign it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Multidots provides web design and development services. We initially went through a few planning stages and strategy meetings with them and had a kick-off meeting with their development team. They then laid out a plan and came up with mock-ups and designs using Figma. After that, they went on to build the site on a staging environment and tested it to ensure it ran smoothly and was optimized. Once everything was approved, they pushed it live to the production environment. Their team used WordPress and other various coding languages, such as JavaScript, PHP, and HTML5, to develop the site. 

Currently, Multidots is helping us with technical support and maintenance.

We work with 4–5 people from their side, including a project manager, developers, and a customer relationship manager.

We found them through a Google search. They had a broad offering of services that suited our needs, so we decided to work with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Multidots’ developers have done most of the heavy lifting with the coding aspects of our website, which has allowed us to save a good chunk of time. In terms of our Google Core Web Vitals, we’re in the 97th percentile across the board. Our site’s loading time and mobile optimization have also improved.

How did Multidots perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and within budget and communicate well with us. We use Basecamp for project management and communicate through various platforms, including email, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Google Docs.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to shout out to in this review?

I would like to give a shout-out to their entire development team. They’ve done a great job of taking our thoughts and ideas and implementing them on the site.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is very good — they always respond in a timely manner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve had some challenges with the time zone difference. Their team is based in India, so they are ahead of us in terms of time. However, this isn’t really an issue anymore since they’ve done a great job of adjusting to the time difference and finding ways to work around it.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs

Be very thorough and detailed when planning out your project. They have the capability to deliver what you need, but if you’re not clear and concise, things may get lost in translation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Multidots?

Our organization was splitting up, so we needed to separate ourselves from other parts of the business. Our website was incredibly outdated, and we wanted to apply new branding to it and have a brand-new, responsive website. We also wanted to ensure that it had all the functionality to work on translations and SEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Multidots has helped us migrate content and create a new website. The team has designed different types of blocks based on our content needs. For example, we wanted to post customer success stories and videos, and Multidots has created a block for that. The team has also set up blocks for press releases and helped us embed contact forms, which are essential to us.

Moreover, the contact forms are integrated with our Marketo marketing automation tool for lead generation purposes. Since we translated our site into nine different languages, Multidots has also integrated our XTM translation tool that goes right to our localization vendor. Multidots launched the site in December 2023 and is still working with us on support and maintenance.

We've worked with a large team, including a business executive, a senior technical architect, a solution architect, a designer, and many programmers.

Multidots was a referral from WordPress VIP. We were working with an account executive who recommended Multidots as a vendor. After meeting with the team and getting their quote and referrals, we decided to go with them.

We started the project in April 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Multidots has exceeded our expectations and is wonderful to work with. The team has understood all our needs very clearly. The designer is very in tune with our brand, and everyone in our organization has said the site looks beautiful. Multidots knows WordPress inside and out.
Regarding business results, we've seen an increase in contact forms filled out and submitted. This increase in leads has generated more sales opportunities for us.

How did Multidots perform from a project management standpoint?

Multidots has completed the project quickly and efficiently with little help from our organization. We don't need to have a huge committee working on the project. The team has taken on a lot of work and is fast and efficient. 

Multidots' communication is excellent. The team uses Basecamp, and we can always find the necessary documentation. We don't have to send emails back and forth and have access to the entire team assigned to the project. Multidots is always on time, and it's usually us who prolong the schedule. The team has their processes down and solidified, and it's easy to work with them.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Bhavin is our day-to-day program manager. He's the one I interact with the most to keep the project moving ahead. He takes in feedback and ensures the team is aligned in making updates and changes. I still work with him on support, and he’s great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As part of this project, we've had a huge asset migration, which has been really time-consuming. I don't know if anybody else besides Multidots would've been able to do it. The team has set up a special migration tool from our old CMS to WordPress, which made it as easy as possible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Multidots has a great upfront process of conducting workshops to gather input for the project in different stages. However, not all team members review the input. A couple of steps up front would've been smoother had the whole team looked at all the input provided in those sessions because not all the team members were present.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be transparent and have a good idea of what you want to accomplish. Be honest about how much you can take on versus how much you want Multidots to do. Take a holistic look at what needs to be done and be realistic. Multidots has all the necessary professionals who are ready to help you.

I'm the digital marketing director at Syufy Enterprises LP, which is a parent company for eight different brands under an umbrella of being family-centered.

What challenge were you trying to address with Multidots?

We needed support for the redesign and platform migration for various of our websites. We were in a tight deadline and needed to leave our Sitecore platform within six months. We required to work with a team that could migrate our sites quickly and efficiently. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Multidots has migrated eight websites from Sitecore to WordPress and redesigned five of those sites. We initially had a discovery phase and requested the team for a fresh and clean look in three of the sites and then mimic the design for two other sites. Regarding UX, we've required Multidots to increase the page loading times speed and increase our e-commerce by speeding the check-out process. We've broken down the sites into three groups, and Multidots works on all sites concurrently.

I work with three account managers from Multidots, each managing one group of websites. We also work with a client success manager, 2–3 technical directors, a design director, and all of the developers underneath them, who are quite a few.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Multidots in October 2023, and our main project was completed in April 2024. I still work with the team as part of a maintenance and issues contract.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen an increase in web traffic, click-through rates, and leads as a result of Multidots' work, and we've written a whitepaper about this. One of the metrics that is really important for my organization is to save content author time. Overall, we've saved 38 hours weekly in content management across our company. 

Additionally, one of our brands is an Italian restaurant, and the reservations on OpenTable have risen 27% after the new site's launch. Other metrics that have increased have been our search impressions by 10.3%, search position by 6.6%, and new users by 17.6%.

How did Multidots perform from a project management standpoint?

Multidots delivers work on time and on budget. The amount and ease of communication with the different teams has been outstanding. Our main form of communication with Multidots is Basecamp, and we also use email, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Working with three account managers is nice because I can focus on a subset instead of the whole project.

I want to highlight Mayur (Senior Project Manager). He's fantastic at organizing and leading all our complicated projects with my internal team and his team.

Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing I'd like to change is for Multidots to provide a more robust training phase after the project's completion.

Multidots' team is quick and ready to work. The more you communicate with the team, the faster they'll deliver results.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Multidots has developed a WordPress website for us. Initially, we had conversations with their project manager, who conducted the project’s scope and sent us documents and contracts. We’ve now entered the development phase, where we’ve worked with different project managers and engineers for several months. We’re still working with Multidots’ team in features development and maintenance.
Multidots has created a WordPress website with customized modules according to how we wanted users to interact with our platform. A different service provider has created the web design, and Multidots has implemented it. The team has also integrated third-party software for specific functionalities.

I work directly with Jeremy (Director of Business Development). I’ve interacted with three project managers and two engineers throughout the project. Around 12–14, teammates are visible on our Basecamp, although I don’t interact directly with them.

We have a good working relationship with Multidots. The team is flexible and delivers all required work with very good quality. Although some deliverables have required iterations, Multidots has accomplished all required functionalities.

How did Multidots perform from a project management standpoint?
Multidots meets deadlines and stays on budget — they’re running ahead of schedule as of now. The team is communicative through email, Slack, and Basecamp.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I’d like to shout out Jeremy’s work, which has helped us determine what we need and manage the project. Parth (Web Developer) has been great at facilitating work and getting tasks done.  We also have daily stand-up meetings with Karthick (Senior WordPress Engineer), and he’s great to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Multidots has consistently delivered the required work, and their pricing is competitive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We need to create our project’s road map, and then Multidots executes it, although the team could improve in their proactivity since we aren’t web developers. Multidots waits for our requests, and it’d be nice to have their expert advice for decision-making.

I recommend being organized and active in following up on your project’s plan. I also recommend tracking tasks on a regular basis.

When working on website creation projects, remember that design is an important part of the process. Having great integration between the designers and the developers is crucial. 

In our case, we had issues with the design agency we used, so Multidots had to lean hard on certain areas to anticipate how things would look like.

We’ve increased our conversions by 1,000% in the last year thanks to a conversation rate optimization (CRO) platform plugged into our website. This result is due partly to Multidots work, although they’re not driving the conversions directly. 

How did Multidots perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform exceptionally well regarding project management. As for tools, we use Asana for project management and Slack for communication. The team uses a lot of screenshot tools that provide great communication to our internal team. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Multidots’ team is very personable and intelligent — they’re a joy to work with.

Multidots implemented our UI/UX design very well, and the site works as expected. Moreover, the site has had no downtime since we launched. Within the first 3–4 weeks of launching, we've been able to rank in the first spot for organic search results. Overall, the team's great to work with and very professional.

They meet deadlines and stay within the budget. The team uses Basecamp for project management. Although communication is challenging when working with an offshore team, they handle our time difference as well as can be expected, and I'm happy with their responsiveness.

In addition to that, they’ve also reconfigured P2P files and some other technologies in our websites to optimize our site’s speed and Google Ads management.

Develop your business requirements ahead of time and make them as clear as possible. That has enabled us to have a process without hiccups because they understand what we want.

What challenge were you trying to address with Multidots?

We were trying to cost-effectively make our site more robust with content and update its design and usability. The site was custom-built on WordPress by a previous vendor, so we couldn’t go in easily to update it ourselves.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Multidots took over and started building the site. Our graphic designer did the initial design, and they did the code. We approved it and pushed it into production. Then, they worked on other things on the backend.

Additionally, they’ve provided some strategic guidance around conversions on landing pages and helped with our partner pages' layout and design. Our graphic designer has created them in terms of imagery and color, but Multidots has shown us competitive pages, recommendations on different site sections, and features we might want to include.

We’ve worked with three people. We have a primary contact, an account executive, and sometimes they bring Maggie (Project Coordinator) for conversion optimization.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve added more pages and seen more engagement with the site. There has been an increase in traffic, but I don’t know if we can attribute it to their work.

How did Multidots perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent. They send us a spreadsheet every week so we can have a clear understanding of how many hours we have left on our monthly retainer. Communication is great; they’re super responsive. Also, our account executives give us great recommendations. We haven’t run into any issues so far.

We communicate with them through ClickUp, our project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our site has a lot of custom code, and they’ve done an excellent job building on the pages without making any errors. We have a vendor that messes up the whole design whenever they make any small change. Multidots never does that; the team always clearly knows what they’re doing with the code, and they test it. Overall, working with them has been really smooth.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s a little confusing at times because it’s not always clear who we should contact. Maggie came into the picture, and we haven’t heard from her in a while. We’d like a bit more clarity; otherwise, everything’s good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just be clear on what you need — spell it out and get it done. They’re responsive, communicative, and easy to work with.
