Idea is to develop an informative website along with Android and iOS application which offers user to view the live feeds of the registered businesses. Also platform offers the category wise registered business similar to the craigslist but the main crux of the application is to show the live feeds through installed camera in the premisis of the organizations

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For Website traffi just started increasing the day it was luanched and app downloads also started not huge but number are inquries are good and as we expected

Oh yes, the Project manager (Prateek) was really impressive he really helped us on every stage, he used JIRA upon our request and kept the communication on JIRA and email both which was very professionally done by him

Their approach and positive attitude towards the project stand out.

Definately, everything is good but yes they suggest so many things which I think should be avoidable during the MVP stage as we just started and we really don't know weather its gonna be fruitfull to us or not.

We would like to make our business online and for this we wanted a fully function e commerce based mobile application where we would able to track the users and their orders and deliver them to customers, We also required information website so that our customers would able to know what we are doing and they can order from us

After implementation, We saw a 30% increase in qualified leads through the new platform within the first three months. Additionally, the mobile app reduced our manual processing time and allowing the team to focus more on business growth. Overall, the ROI from this project has highly positive

They followed proper Agile methodology as we have also requested MSM to manage the project in Agile approach and to be honest they have managed it well and delivered the requested deliverables on time, we are in discussion with them for the phase  2 and soon close the next deal

What impressed us the most about MSM Coretech Innovations was their clear communication and proactive approach. They didn't just execute tasks but actually understood our business goals and suggested improvements that added real vale to the project 

Are there any areas for improvement or something MSM Coretech Innovations could have done differently?

MSM has done a fantastic job. The only improvement i would suggest is slightly expanding their post-launch support hours to accommodate different time zones.

The objective of the application is to help those people who really does not enjoy driving their own vehicles and wanted to enjoy the ride sitting on the back seat, With this application user can book the chauffeur and let them drive their personal vehicle. 

With this brief we would like to introduce this app on both Android and IOS platforms with user app and chauffeur app along with the Admin panel for the product owners to manage the overall content of the platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a great success, as demonstrated by the Project Manager Mr. Prateek Sharma and its really increase in registration of new users customer satisfaction rose 50% post soft launch or beta launch. Additionally, the beta was delivered before time which really helped to understand the needs and feedback for the trial phase 1.

They use to manage the project using Zoho Project where they record product backlogs and sprint backlogs and they managed the development using proper Agile style which helped to understand and track the project schedules. As my POC is Prateek Sharma (Project Manager) and he has managed the project in that manner where transparency is perfect apart from this for every release he use to inform via email and messaging applications (whatsapp).

I was impressed with their budget, professionalism, and approach toward the project.

As of now I don’t feel like that anything else needed they are doing well with their work for me.
