This implementation mainly include our business process to manage Leads, Clients, Contacts, Deals, Quote, Sales Orders, Invoices, Contracts with our own workflow and automation. We decide to implement Hubspot in phases so we can test all features easily and mark them as green light to go with next one. Every time, they come up with more suggestions which we really liked to implement. They provided better training on each phase as they developed and give us the demo. At the end, they were ready to provide post support with fair contract and we were ready to continue with them.

They way they implement all features which we require and most important is their availability. When we ask them to visit our office, they were always there for us and give us better understanding for each phase and implementation. We found their working style is bit better compare to other vendors, they never gave us false promises and always led us in the right direction about how to use different features with the platform.
