For what projects/services did your company hire MouseOver, and what were your goals?

We were building a software platform for a social learning and skills sharing online. Autoscaling and high availability were must have requirements. MouseOver team helped us to make it real.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was a referral recommendation. After the interview we chose MouseOver as they already had solid past experience in architecting such cloud solutions and hosting them on Amazon which was chosen as cloud provider.

They built the architecture fitting all the requirements set, implemented it in a timely manner, setup a dedicated sandbox environment, launched product live.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with system architect, java engineer, DevOps engineer and Front End developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Fully implemented SaaS starting from analysis phase and till going live.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had a tight schedule and own mobile application development team so effective communication and cooperation was really important and it worked perfect. We worked sprint by sprint and all the milestones were achieved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have impressive experience with cloud solutions, architecture, and DevOps (AWS in our case). They not only implemented a robust solution for us but also made it cost-effective and provided a number of valuable recommendations.
