Following the attack on our site by hackers, which left it unusable (including the backup), we had to hire a new development team to create a new site on a different domain. I've already shared my thoughts on their work here. Once the new site was finished, we requested Monk to come in and optimize it, aiming to get us back to the top five positions on Google search and reach our target countries in Europe and North America. For the past four months, that's precisely what the Monk team, led by JB and Ayushi, has been working on. In the past, I've worked with other teams, but I must stress that the Monk team treats me like family, as if we are colleagues in the same office, rather than just a paying client or a number. We have daily communication via email and MS Teams, and every request I make is handled quickly and efficiently. Their work is meticulous, and after four months, we are already nearing page two. They have truly gone above and beyond to ensure the success of our clinic and website. Importantly, they don’t pressure me for payment with an invoice in hand. I can be a bit of a perfectionist and sometimes challenging to work with, but their team remains understanding and courteous. We are now preparing for an ad campaign and are ready to migrate the site to a dedicated server to enhance performance and SEO. MONK is an incredibly adaptable team that has demonstrated their professionalism and worth. I intend to continue working with them for the long term.

As mentioned we went from ranking outside the top 100 to the top 26 on average in under 4 months. The site is producing solid high quality leads in our niche market.

JB and Ayushi are incredibly attentive and always online from morning to n8ght and even on Saturday's.. they respond with lightning speed...and I'm not exaggerating!  Sometimes I come back and ask "JB when will the content update be on a page" and his reply is it was done plz have a look!

In one work everything... I can't say I've found anything to complain about.

Well, given there are so many moving parts to web development, international SEO, Technical SEO, On page and off page SEO as well as all my other demands sometimes they miss little details and I find myself having to point them out but hey! I'm ok with it, it's my business, I know it inside and out and at the end of the day we are all human... I've shared my views with JB at times and they were taken to heart ❤️.

I'm the president of DS Industries, a manufacturing company. We design and supply precision-engineered equipment for laboratories, hospitals, and research institutions, supporting innovation and advancements in life sciences and medical research.
