I am the owner of a start-up company that focuses on Innovation and Technology to accelerate the design of apps using agile methods and focusing on DevOps and Automation. We also support and bring value to creative ideas and projects.

The Mobile Reality team was responsible for creating an android mobile application called Zupho according to the provided specifications and design. The team was also responsible for creating a backend application for this system. The application was designed to aggregate internal document data and sharing it between clients.

The main goal was to set everything up from scratch. The main issue was connected with the pdf generation of dynamic data. It was a crucial point and Mobile Reality has managed to resolve it.

An important feature for us was the creation of PDFs for emailing needs. The PDF generation was processed using LATEX language and the fine complex details were built to a high degree of accuracy.

The core team consisted of one frontend developer and one backend/devops developer as well as one team lead who was also responsible for the communication with me/us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was done very well. Our main contact person was always available if needed. Deadlines were kept most of the time and if not delays were communicated well ahead of time. We communicated via mainly over Slack, E-mail, Hangouts-calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The project had very tight deadlines. I'm very happy to say that Mateusz and his team delivered in a big way - working with them couldn't have been easier.

They are consummate software development professionals, knowledgable on the latest technologies and frameworks and producing software using modern agile software development methodologies.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Being based in Poland, having regular check-ins with them during North American business hours was never an issue and they were very responsive to feedback, sometimes making revisions and updates by the next day if not sooner.
