Later, the project started in February and is still going on in some last stages of work.

The outcomes are yet to be revealed since the project is still ongoing, and we will soon deploy it. However, the commencement with MMC Global has enabled us to discover a number of features, new technologies, and additions that can make our online sales experience more enjoyable and convenient.

We are enabling our online sales operations through e-commerce with some modern features as discovered and proposed by the MMC team.

They followed the agile scrum framework for our project as it was their most practiced development style for most projects like mobile apps. Due to this, our challenges and roadblocks were obvious and resolved easily through each project member.

MMC proposed the idea of daily short meetings (scrums) with biweekly project analysis meetings with our technical team and their project & product managers. The communication between our teams is still very open, convenient, and transparent.
