We engaged Xenia to improve the onboarding and user experience for our platform. The Xenia team analysed our existing system and provided a detailed solution which increase user signups and retention.

Within three months we saw a sharp increase in user activity on our platform. User feedback was positive and we experienced less bugs after we engaged Xenia.

We use Jira and found the Xenia team were able to integrate perfectly with our PM needs. The team’s level of English was fantastic and communication via Slack ensured all of our milestones were promptly met.

I’m a board member of a nonprofit organization. Our business objective is to increase the added value of our organization by making people come into contact with each other and sharing information more easily. We inform our members about events and have close to 4,000 members. Our members are college alumni.

We needed help with mobile app development services. The idea was to have a web service for our members.

Miyagami has helped us scope the first version of the app, design the prototype, and develop the working app. We initially had a basic brief. We started with a strategic session to define the first viable project.

They’ve built a mobile app that communicates with our backend and website content. Our members can use the app to access information about events and contact each other. The application runs on Android and iOS; it’s an extension of a platform we already had.

Our partnership started in August 2022, and we’re almost done. We're now in the testing phase and hope to launch at the end of March 2023.

We’re very happy with the quality of Miyagami’s work. However, we still need to see the app’s results because we’re still waiting to make it live with the public. Overall, it’s been a smooth and effective process. Miyagami understands us in a good way, and they’ve been able to make attractive designs.

How did Miyagami perform from a project management standpoint?

We haven’t had issues with the scheduling; they’re always on time. Budget-wise, they’re great compared to other agencies. All in all, everything has gone smoothly. Miyagami is spot on; they’ve required very little re-steering, which is good. We also communicate effectively via email and some meetings.

They’re intrinsically interested in developing a good product without technical depth. Their approach is clean and fact-driven.

Based on our experiences and recurring discussions in the restructuring and recovery market, we concluded that an online trading platform is needed. We hired Miyagami to build a data room and trading platform.

We didn't launch the platform yet. But we did demos with a couple of major parties in the market. They are enthusiastic and planning their first projects on this platform. Based on the feedback from these sessions, we prioritized the development work on additional functionality. We expect our first trades in the next couple of months.

With this new platform next to our regular businesses, we are not involved daily. We explain our philosophy to the team and discuss possible solutions and implementations. They work on the design and implementation independently.

We feel that Miyagami is involved and cares about our business. They have a positive, proactive, and professional way of working. They continually improve their methods and processes while growing as a company. This is impressive and very valuable for us as a startup company.

With every new project, there are bugs and misunderstandings. My experience with Miyagami is that they take feedback very seriously and improve their work and processes based on the feedback.

We did a kick-off meeting, two review meetings and a final delivery-meeting. Small adjustments were managed through mail. Most of our contact was with Dale, who then communicated to Flavia. Both communicated professionally and in a timely matter.

They delivered the website as we designed it, and little feedback was needed throughout the process. Great communication overall, and they were very proactive in advising us on the best usage of technology.

We have released it on our website in the test phase, it has worked very well and it is easier for us to work this way because now we know everything exactly and have all the information in one place.

The other employees with whom we were in contact know exactly what they do and therefore everything was much easier and faster.

We found Xenia Tech through a recommendation from a company that had already used the service, and also because of the company's excellent customer reviews and estimates.

First, we went through an exploratory phase where we told them our brand goals and also the type of outcome we expected. We asked them to make the site with Wix because it is easier for us to manage the site and they accepted. Then they made a development strategy with Wix and PHP. They also integrated a chat box into our website to communicate with our customers on the website.

We worked with a project manager who seemed to be the brains of the project, along with him worked a full-stack website developer and a designer, both of whom put in extra effort to bring our website to life.

After the development and design was complete, we put the website online and it was a whole new world for our customers, they were thrilled. We had a massive increase in traffic and sales. Unlike the old website, the new website had a click-through rate of over 80%. Xenia Tech lived up to our expectations.

We had meetings with the project manager and developers four times a week and communicated via email. The coordinates used were Slack, Jira and Github. They were very expeditious and fast in delivering perfect work.
