We worked with 5-6 people from MindTech Apps. A Lead Developer was the main key contact of the project. The fix team contained 2 senior, 2 medior full stack developers and a quality assurance. They were capable of bringing extra developers if needed.

We used them for several projects (cam whitelabel, in-house admin systems, pay site, ad monetizing, affiliate program etc..). We were satisfied with their work and our relationship. Originally, another colleague referred them to me.

The client company operating in retail approached us with a digital transformation project, where they were aiming to replace their existing outdated CRM software with a new, cloud based custom solution. Mindtech Apps was responsible for the architectural design and development of the CRM software, utilising React, node.js with nest.js, and AWS.
The key deliverables were a customer facing web application, an administration site, various REST API integrations, and the connected backend microservices running in AWS cloud. The client was aiming to adapt the software system to an already existing customer base, so security and scalability were main aspects of the project.
During the 11 months of co-operation we've managed to meet all the requirements, and build a proper CRM system for the client with state of the art User Experience and User interface. The application was deployed on AWS cloud to in order to reach optimal uptime and scalability. The Mindtech team was providing an outstanding service, with transparency and flexibility throughout the discovery and web development process.

We wanted to develop an application that would attract more customers and make it more convenient to choose books.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched on the internet and asked for offers from our partners. We looked at the completed applications, talked to potential partners, and asked for suggestions and offers.

We explained our goals to the developers in a meeting and planned the development steps based on them. The application can be used on Apple, android and Huawei devices.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
During the development period, we held online discussion every Friday with all concerned colleagues. In this way, we were able to discuss the questions and problems that arise during the development and the deadline for their solution.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The first and second phases are ready of this development, we expect real growth from the third phase.

In the first phase of the project development a few face-to-face meetings were necessary, but later online discussions were sufficient. These lasted 15-30 minutes, depending on the actual tasks. We used Zoom, email, testfight, jira

They were extremely patient with us, we all learned a lot during development. They wanted to understand our points of view and were willing to think with us about the most appropriate solution.

I haven't find that.

Although our mobile app was receiving great feedback, after 5 years of operation we thought that now is the time to make a major update on the user interface to match user expectations.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We knew Mindtech Apps from a previous project.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a couple of new ideas regarding the user experience but gave plenty of room for the vendor. As the design team found the previous user flows satisfactory for the redesign, they started to design the new components and screens. During the redesign, we had some change requests, and they were very collaborative. Contrary to the original request, which would have been satisfied by redesigning some screens, they provided us with a functional prototype to support our developers.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The UX/UI team consists of a UX designer, two UI designers and a project manager. Demo meetings took place every week with the participation of the project manager and the lead designer.

The new design is not implemented yet.

They provided 2 mid-level developers to augment our in-house development team. They worked embedded within our team and worked alongside our existing team on new and existing features, using React & node.js.

Mindtech put forward 2 engineers, who we interviewed to understand their core skills/ strengths. We decided to do a 3 day trial with both of them, and ended up working with both of them long term.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to Mindtech's engineers, we were able to plow through our list of bugs & accelerate the product development of new features. We were also able to become more reactive towards customer demands for new features.

The work on the online factoring system started in mid-2018 with a dedicated team. From the very outset of the project, we knew that we would need an experienced front-end agency. Hence, we requested an offer from Mindtech Apps in 2019 January for web application development.
What were your goals for this project?
We want to create a unique digital solution that makes factoring services accessible for both SMB’s and corporates. In order to achieve this goal, we need to deliver and test a minimal valuable product before Q3 2019.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We had 2-3 other developer agencies under consideration. Mindtech Apps was stuck out a mile. When I became aware of the fact that our CTO has had multiple positive experiences with Mindtech Apps’ team, I made my choice.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
First, we were planning the business strategy and defining the functions essential for first user testing. Then we applied with our plans to a major Hungarian bank's Fintechlab program. That bank had a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies in financial services. The wide variety of opportunities provided by the program helped us to refine our value proposition design.
We hired Mindtech Apps for front-end development of the project, which is broken down into weekly sprints. Our team designs the user journey map and wireframes, and the build starts the week following the approval of the documentation.
What was the team composition?
The team consists, in essence, a backend developer, a full-stack software engineer, and two front-end developers. They are lead by the CTO, who delegates the tasks, supports and supervises the development.
We decided that the core team should work together as close as possible, hence we were in touch every day during the project. With the rest of the vendor, we were connected through an account manager, who helped us in any way possible.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We don't have any results yet, as the project just closed the development phase, but Mindtech App's sense of initiative unquestionably helped us in the first couple of sprints. We are looking forward to the upcoming test with high expectations.

The front-end developer from Mindtech worked with us, thus the development is very smooth and rapid. The remote team is always available for us, as well.

Mindtech Apps deliver on time, which is the most crucial aspect for us. Furthermore, they work transparently without any hidden expenses.
