Their scope has included designing and maintaining our website, improving site structure and user experience, implementing ongoing updates and changes, providing technical support, and helping strengthen our search visibility and broader digital presence. They have also worked closely with our team as our needs have evolved, helping translate new programs, initiatives and organisational priorities into practical website and digital solutions. A key part of their value has been their responsiveness, accessibility and ability to provide both technical expertise and strategic guidance rather than simply delivering one-off website tasks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has resulted in a significantly stronger and more professional digital presence for BREED Australia. We have seen improved search visibility, a more functional and user-friendly website, and a much greater ability to keep our programs, initiatives and organisational information current. From an operational perspective, Mindsite has also reduced the time and effort required from our internal team to manage the website. Updates are implemented promptly, technical issues are resolved quickly, and our website now provides a much stronger platform for communicating with participants, partners, funders and the broader community. The ongoing SEO work has also helped strengthen BREED’s discoverability online and continues to build our organic presence over time.

The team keeps up with all the latest updates, security, and infrastructure-wise.

Our website now presents the business in a much stronger way online. Customer can quickly understand what we offer, find the information they are looking for and contact us easily from any device. 

Mindsite also contiues to look after the site behind the scenes, from SEO and performance through security, maintenance and content updates. The ongoing support has helped us build greater visability online while ensuring the website remains reliable, current and responsive to the needs of the business and our customers.

What impressed me most was how responsive and professional the Mindsite team were throughout the project. Communication was excellent across video calls, email and phone, and they were always easy to reach when we needed them. The quality of their work was also excellent, and they took the time to understand what we needed rather than just delivering a one-size-fits-all solution.

What I really like is that they make everything easy. They’re quick to respond, know their stuff and don’t make things complicated. If I need something changed, have a question or something needs fixing, I can just reach out and they take care of it. Having someone I can rely on to keep the website secure, maintained and running properly gives me peace of mind and saves me a lot of time.
