We hired the MI team for UI design and front end proof of concept development for a cross platform digital goods service.

MI came recommended by a respected colleague.

We needed Ui design finalized based off of crude wireframes as well as front end development for our mobile app and web service proof of concept. Deliverables were finalized mock-ups, mobile app builds using React and React Native as far as I know, and integration of our SDK's.

I worked mostly with the Project Manager at MI and I'm not sure how many designers and engineers were involved.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverables all met expectations and were delivered in functioning form as required.

Communication was primarily written using Basecamp messages with weekly feedback cycles shared via Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed, efficiency of time and the hourly rate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More technical problem solving for interdependencies like client data integration for more model/demo functionality.

We interviewed many companies and needed one with strong technical proficiency, flexibility and great project management. MindInventory had all three.

We were able to add new features to our development roadmap and achieve them.

They had good communication via the channels of our choice. It was Discord, good responsiveness to our changing needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were able to be in a fluid and evolving work scope as our development needs shifted, the team was able to flex with us and make efficient use of the hours purchased.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would recommend making other call times available that are more inline with customer working hours, late nights and early mornings are suboptimal.

I am the Founder and CEO of Wurkzen. Wurkzen develops a SaaS solution for service businesses to run and operate their business with powerful and useful technology tools.

We hired MindInventory to develop our front-env Vue.js app which is the main highlight of the platform that ties together all of the tools. Our goal with this system was to have a platform that was scalable and could utilize components at a universal level so that any customer could have an attractive website easily.

We selected MindInventory after they reached out to us, I spoke with the CTO and he showed me various different tools and solutions they had made. Their team was very responsive and we decided to move forward with them based on their experience and design skill.

They designed and developed our Vue JS based front-end system which handles all of our clients websites. It is a decentralized cloud-based distribution which is patent-pending with the USPTO. I mainly directed the MI team through constant daily check-ins and updates and the PM made sure that they met all deadlines.

I have currently worked with three of the team members at Mind Inventory and they have been very responsive and good. They included two software developers and one quality assurance engineer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project has been delayed but by no fault of MindInventory. The technology they developed however has been perfect and has been working as we intended and envisioned it to. This will give us a very strong competitive edge and will allow us to lower our costs to a fraction of a penny for our starter package.

Project management is great, we use tools like Skype and Slack for communication. All of the tickets are managed on JIRA. They are always on time with the results they promise to deliver.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedication to making you happy has been impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think their practice for purchasing blocks of design hours and how they are utilized should be revised.

Based on an existing web app we wanted to have a native app, using as much as possible of the existing code. The goals were to improve performance and add mobile native features like push messages.

We found each other on LinkedIn. After some online meetings, we decided to work with MindInventory.

We had the previous web app including source code and our wishes for the new version. The question was kind of creating the same.

The app is still under development. The client is very happy with the current outcome already.

We have daily contact, mostly through a consumer-grade chat app. They didn't offer a platform for issue or progress tracking so I introduced a Google spreadsheet.

They are working fast and normally it's done well the first time.

Bringing more structure in project planning by using better tools.

To build a native app for one of our customers in react native. It is a frontend app that needs to retrieve data from an api of a backend system.

We did a project together with MindInventory before and that went very well also.

We delivered a design and the API. MI developed the frontend app for IOS and Android. After development we tested the app along with the customer and give feedback to MI.

The app is only for employees of the customer. All the global employees must work with the app.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. in addition, he kept coming back with good substantive points and proposals.

We couldn’t find a good vendor in France, but we found a lot internationally. My team sorted them by quality, customer reviews, price, flexibility, and our communication with them. We finally found the perfect vendor, MindInventory.

My company provided MindInventory with our documentation, and they sent us a proposal. They sent us the first design of the app. After my team made several modifications, the development began. They built the app’s backend and API.

We worked with a project manager, who was very easy to work with.

The end product exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to work with MindInventory, and we will definitely engage them for our future app development needs.

We spoke multiple times daily. MindInventory managed everything for us. The team was very receptive to customer feedback. We had a checkpoint at every step of the process to ensure quality, and they provided documentation.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their flexible, reactive, and client-oriented nature combined with their high-quality, cost-effective deliverables make them the best agency for any project. They finished development ahead of schedule; then, when we needed to make additional changes, they implemented them. This is the difference between a normal and a very good agency.

Although they completed our project, I continue to follow what they do, which spans blogging, design, and IT. Their future is promising.

After doing our research, we identified MindInventory as more professional and agile than the other companies and understood better exactly what we were looking for.

Our goal was to develop a useful companion app for our product.

We researched developers in the U.S., India, China, and Europe. Eventually, we decided to go with MindInventory on account of their proven leadership in UI/UX and Swift for the iOS platform.

They’ve successfully created a minimum viable product based on our concepts and methodology.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project has moved along quite smoothly. We are in constant communication via Basecamp, email, and Skype. It is good to know all the team players.
