From the outset, Milies demonstrated a deep understanding of our goals and the unique challenges of the logistics industry. Their mission was to create a responsive web application that would allow our users, particularly logistics brokers, to manage shipments, track freight, and facilitate communication more efficiently on a desktop platform.

I had a very disappointing experience with Miles. Initially, I was fine with their expensive charges, but the problems began when I provided them with a detailed list of tasks to complete. They abruptly ended the scope of work without any valid reason and demanded payment, which included hidden charges that were never mentioned upfront.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most frustrating part was the quality of their coding work. After discovering their hidden charges and the poor service provided, I had to seek help from other IT professionals to continue the project. Every single one of them commented on the incredibly poor quality of the frontend work done by Miles.

I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. The hidden fees, incomplete work, and subpar coding quality make them a company to avoid:

Their project management was severely lacking. The person in charge simply took the money and left all the work to his staff without properly overseeing the project. This neglect resulted in incomplete work and extremely slow development speed. They seemed more focused on randomly finishing tasks just to get paid rather than delivering quality work. They never asked for clarification on the requirements, leading to many missed details and incomplete deliverables.
