Microlent Systems has delivered 5–10 software systems for our customers. Our customers are very happy with the software we produce with Microlent Systems. Whenever there are bugs, we let Microlent Systems know, and they rectify them quickly. 

How did Microlent Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

Microlent Systems’ team is very good at managing projects, but they don’t use any tools. Most of our communication is through Skype, Microsoft Teams, and other online chat channels. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with several overseas development companies but have stayed with Microlent Systems because they’re quick to respond. Their team is honest, unlike other companies I’ve worked with. They won’t disappear halfway through a project — they’re happy to build a long-term relationship with our company. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Microlent Systems could improve communication between the developers and us. The channels we’re using are good, but because not every person on their team has the same level of English-language expertise, it can be hard to talk to them verbally.  

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We work well with Microlent Systems because we’re also developers, so my advice is to have an in-house developer and to use Microlent Systems to do the heavy lifting.
