Deliverables included a highly detailed project plan with specific requirments to make our vision a reality. Along with this came weekly meetings to discuss progress and changes. We were provided with design assets, wireframes and mock ups, and prototypes. There were many core technologies used to develop the finished project with all the intricacies required.

Metova was tasked with developing a Software-as-a-Service (Saas) telematics platform for the Material Handling industry. The project began with sourcing and vetting various IoT hardware providers, establishing a recommended IoT hosting platform (AWS), and developing of a web portal platform to present telematics data.

The project required UX/UI research and moved towards business consulting by assisting in the creation of end-user personas and determining target market audiences.

Metova holds regular, well-timed meetings focused on specific agreed-upon milestones. The team is curious, collaborative, and engaged in helping Herc-U-Lift achieve its goals.

The project management team is experienced, professional, and excellent at assisting designers/developers in translating our client requirements into executable work. They are very responsive and personable. The very best project management I've ever worked with.

I feel Metova, from the very top executive to the front-line employee, is committed to providing a value-oriented partnership with its clients.

From day one, the team approached us with a curious "how can we help Herc-U-Lift" mindset, and while most firms do this until they get the contract/sale, Metova continues to provide value through meaningful, measurable ROI on the project.

It's been close to 3 years later and I've never doubted Metova has had my organization's best interests in mind.

No, and I don't say this to skip this question. I'm finding it difficult to describe a time that is worthy of a callout. Hire more people like Mark, Brandon, George, and Joe.

When we hired Metova, we were looking for a team that could assist us with not only the development of the website we envisioned, but we also need their help with vision itself. To do so, we partnered with Metova on strategy, design, branding,, and development.

Cost is obviously always a factor to consider, but it was just as important to find a development shop that we could work with and enjoy doing so. The Metova team has not let us down.

The Metova team provided Strategy and Design Assistance which ultimately led to the blueprints required to begin development. Although these two phases ran concurrently, there was some overlap in the design and development phases.

The app is also HIPPA compliant and all medication and healthcare information resides exclusively on the phone and is not shared with any other parties or systems.

Our Head of IT uses Jira and Slack with their team. He is very happy with the responsiveness of the team. The few communication problems experienced were always quickly corrected.

Their responsiveness was impressive, and they were willing to work hard for our business even though we are a really small company. We felt heard, important to them. They also listened to our concerns as to why we left the other, original vendor.

Metova made the business possible. Without their expertise and technical skill, the business would remain a concept and a great academic experiment.

The project had shifting priorities. Metova rapidly ingested the changes and communicated adjusted time and cost so there were no surprises. Metova's responsiveness exceeded our previous experience with other vendors and avoided costly rework.

Everyone on the team took the time to listen to the vision, and develop an understanding of the project's value proposition prior to incurring expense. Everyone was aligned on the required tasks which avoided the time and cost of rework.

Our assigned team is the precise fit for our project and while they each have their areas of expertise and contribution, everyone on the team contributes because they took the time to listen and made the effort to understand.
