The scope was that Metamorfosis had to generate a strategic plan for the next 3 years in which it would digitize and centralize the entire operation of our company, allowing the CEO to make decisions and execute Business Intelligence.

In addition, to generate an In-House innovation ecosystem that allows our front line collaborators to generate ideas, prototypes and execute these solutions with low budget and low risk.
