They've also analyzed our current site and provided good recommendations for a new homepage structure, looking at what works well elsewhere and using insights from Hotjar.

They're also proactive, for instance, with their detailed homepage analysis. What stands out is the quality of their design team. Our designer from Merge, Kris, has been fantastic. After working with several freelancers, it was a welcome change to have Kris understand our needs so well and provide solutions that really impressed us. She listens to our ideas and creates designs that are just what we need. Our team and theirs work together well, making it a great partnership.
