Our website looks and performs better than all our competitors! We have seen a massive increase in the site's traffic as we have Google Analytics installed on our site. Clients have commented on how impressed they are, and Melsoft has massively boosted our reputation with their services.

We have seen a significant rise in inquiries for fencing projects in the short time since we've completed building our website. Our existing clients have also confirmed how pleased they are with the design of our website. I am optimistic for more leads as Melsoft has proven their prowess and expertise in such a short period of time.

Communication was done through a combination of WhatsApp and email, with constant check-ins from Larreth. We never faced any communication issued and we are pleased at how Melsoft focuses greatly on customer experience.

The customer experience was second to none. Despite the small size of our project, we were treated with great care and concern. The speed of delivery was also very impressive as our website was completed in less than 2 days.

We didn’t have an online learning platform. When the coronavirus struck, we found ourselves needing to offer our services virtually.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Melsoft helped us get our business online through a learning management element. The team built our website on WordPress. They installed a component called LearnDash on the site, and trained us on how to use it. We provided the course content, and they integrated it onto the site. All of our content is pre-recorded and uploaded to the website.

Users can make a simple payment to enroll, then receive access to all of our course content. The team has transitioned our entire business online, to the point where we don’t need to have students on our premises anymore.

Melsoft’s work has made our business much, much easier. Now that we’ve transitioned online, we’ve gained more clients. Before we had their system on our website, we’d deliver all our lectures manually. Now, we only need to focus on onboarding students and concentrate on our marketing. We haven’t experienced a single problem with the website since it's been launched. The platform is reliable, and we’ve been very happy.

Our communication is quite seamless. We can get in touch with them via WhatsApp whenever we need anything. Further, Melsoft has always delivered on time and within budget.

Their timeliness really stands out. We tried developing our web application before, and it took too long. Melsoft finished the entire learning system within two weeks, and the website was up and running. I’ve been very impressed with their efficiency.

They handled everything from start to finish. First, we had a deep kickoff meeting where we mapped out the entire scope and goals. Then their team handled all the design work, delivering mocks and getting my feedback until we landed on a look I loved. On the tech side, they developed the site from the ground up using the latest tools and frameworks. 

The deliverables included a really fast, optimized, responsive site powered by WordPress, hosted in the cloud since we don't own any servers. They also set up analytics, email marketing integrations, lead gen forms, and took care of all the backend work I don't understand. The end product was a beautiful site that nailed exactly what I was looking for. I was blown away by the whole package they put together.

The new website was a total game-changer for my business. Right away, I noticed a lot more people were visiting the site and calling us to book jobs. If I needed something urgently, the team would stay late or work on weekends to hit the deadline. When you're running a construction biz, you need suppliers who can keep projects on schedule. Melsoft definitely delivered - they were always punctual and met every timeline we agreed on. Just reliable pros who know how to manage these types of projects.

They really know their stuff when it comes to optimization, security, responsiveness - all those nuts and bolts that make a site perform well. And I can't forget their fantastic ideas for digital marketing and lead generation. 

They suggested all these smart tactics tailored to my business, like SEO optimization, email sequences, and google ad campaigns. Really insightful stuff I wouldn't have thought of on my own. The whole package deal with Melsoft is what makes them so unique - creativity, tech skills, marketing genius, and serious speed. That combo is hard to find

1. Cross Platform iOS and Android apps with full functionality for customers to order food for delivery from participating restaurants 
2. Driver apps for iOS and Android to enable delivery drivers to accept and complete orders 
3. Admin portal for Vayakos to manage restaurants, menus, orders, and drivers
4. Integrations with payment gateways to process transactions securely
5. Real-time order tracking with status updates for customers 
6. Optimization for performance and scalability to handle increased order volume 

The apps launched successfully in both app stores and have enabled Vayakos to quickly scale its food delivery operations across multiple cities.

The outcomes show the apps are robust and user-friendly and enabled us to acquire customers and restaurants to quickly scale up the business. The pilot ensured apps were ready for full launch. Overall, the project was delivered successfully, resulting in happy customers and growth for Vayakos.

Overall, we are very happy with Melsoft's work on developing our mobile apps. However, if I had to provide some constructive feedback for them to improve even further, it would be around:

• Increasing transparency on their development process and internal team bandwidth 
• There were a couple of instances where we felt a bit more visibility from their end could have set more accurate expectations. 
• Building more capabilities around digital marketing and user acquisition
• Once the product was built, some support from their end on things like SEO, social media marketing, PR etc. could have helped boost adoption. But these are minor points because, overall, we got everything we wanted from a functional and business perspective. As Melsoft expands its services, building out these additional areas can make them a true end-to-end product development firm.
