Solution was launched early and Lareth has been in constant communication every step of the way , engaged us as his clients ,very professional and we admire his work ethic.

Always communicated every step , the weren't any delays we are shocked because we got more than what we asked for yet Melsoft didn't require any extensions

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Work ethic : delivering Beyond expectations , they know what they are doing ... The design is excellent , I just love melsoft!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly , no , I am very happy . On time delivery, excellent work ethic, good quality service and delivering Beyond expectations ..I am blown..keep the bar high!!

Melsolf did our company online store .Everything was done so well and we can now take alot more orders from our online store especially amongst covid 19 .With our online store we can meet all the covid 19 safety rules

I was satisfied with the work he did. The website was excellent and meets the intended objective.

Melsoft was appointed as the company to develop the website and they promised to do it accordingly. It was also promised that within a week everything would be done. They fulfilled their promise.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are well experienced and are able to design what one wants even exceeding expectations.

Not much really except letterhead creation which wasn't to the point.

CIPS ISAF is division of ISAF Africa. We deliver Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Courses, and i am the Head of CIPS.

We required an Online Learning Management and E-Commerce System on our website in order to sell and deliver online courses.

What were your goals for this project?

To move our learning to an online environment due to COVID-19.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended by our partners, ISAF Africa. Melsoft developed a similar system for them.

Melsoft developed an Online Learning System and our website from scratch, www.cips.isaf-africa.com. The services included an online learning system, an online store for buying CIPS courses, a business website as well as uploading of course content onto the learning system.

What was the team composition?

We dealt with 3 Software Developers, Larry, Eden and Elon.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We now can handle having an increased number of students without an increase in workload as our students simply view the pre-recorded course videos online.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed effectively with constant communication and strict deadlines being adhered to.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed of delivery and innovation was quite unique. Melsoft handles our business as it's their very own.

I have no complaints with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
