Their goal was to unify these applications into a single platform with single sign-on functionality and a consistent look and feel, all powered by the latest cutting-edge technology.

Another one is the digitization of prescriptions poses significant challenges. While a system is already in place, it requires functional improvements. Advanced features should be implemented to prefill information already available in the system. 

Additionally, a feature should be developed to highlight relevant sections of the document based on the selected digitization field. This would allow digitizers to focus on verifying information rather than simply entering it. These strategic enhancements aim to greatly improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall digitizer experience.

By law in order to submit a certificate to a delegate after completing a training an number of checks to both the Delegate and to the Trainer needs to be completed. From collecting the Teaching Qualifications of the trainers to verifying the Delegates ID and whether or not the training has been completed satisfactory. Booking calendar, trainers availability, training venues etc. All this process is to be automated. More importantly to have all the paper trail replaced with electronic documents.
