Medialinks team is very organized in terms of their collaboration with us. It is very rare that you find a marketing company that learns and grows along with you and manages to always overdeliver with promise!

I believe more clients should definitely trust medialinks as I have rarely found a company with such a fast paced work environment while keeping the team goal oriented.

I’m the owner of THE FRAMES, a company that provides all types of wall art decoration, such as framing, printing, and painting.

What challenge were you trying to address with Medialinks Marketing Management?

I needed someone to build my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Medialinks designed and developed my website from scratch. I gave them the task and the freedom to build it how they wanted.

I only dealt directly with two teammates from Medialinks.

How did you come to work with Medialinks Marketing Management?

I found them on Facebook and went to their website, where I saw they had a promotion going on. I contacted Medialinks over the phone; the team was very nice and humbly replied to all my questions. They also explained how their services work and the mechanics of it, which was amazing. From their explanation, I felt comfortable putting my trust in them. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from June–September 2022. If I have questions or requests, they’re still available to me.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I was amazed at Medialinks services. The site came out better than I expected; the functionality is perfect, the homepage is quick to load, and the pages also open in seconds. Clients who've seen the website really like it and can't believe the level of quality for the price I paid. Currently, we're not advertising the site on Google, so I don't have metrics. 

Additionally, the engagement was really smooth. Working with Medialinks was easy because they actually listened to my questions and were very patient. I'm grateful to them for exerting so much effort to make my website look so good. I plan to engage them to build my site's e-commerce functionality and anything else I need regarding the site.

They were very professional with the timeline and constantly followed up with me. I was very busy on my side, so they always called to check in with me. 

We normally communicated through email and sometimes WhatsApp or phone calls.

I was impressed with their efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism. Overall, Medialinks was amazing.

I don't have any negative comments about them; our experience was entirely positive.

For what projects/services did your company hire Medialinks, and what were your goals?

Our website was very old and developed some 10 years back. We wanted to revamp the website with much features and premium look to match our premium product quality. We also wanted better UI to improve the sales conversion and user engagement on the website.

It was handled very well by Mr. Zeeshan's team. They have really good understand about the subject and knows how to deliver. Very well defined work process, good response. The project got completed as per the planned schedule.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got to know about this agency as a referral from one of our old friend since he had previously with them and happy by their services. Their knowledge and experience into developing similar portals helped us to decide them for our project.

They had a really good understanding of the subject and knew how to deliver. Very well defined work process, good response. The project got completed as per the planned schedule.

We had 1 project project manager who was the key responsible for the coordination. I understand he was dealing internally with the creative and development team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our portal saw a really good response post launch. We had our list of subscribers with whom the new website launch was shared. We saw user engagement increased on the website and the bounce rate also reduced drastically.

Their responses were very fast and on time as we required

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The sharing of their ideas and tips that could help for improving the responses on the website was the key. We were unclear at many instance previously, but their development team guided with the best ideas and plans.

As per my experience i didn't find any issues as such.
