I’m an engineering manager at Pratham Education Foundation, a leading Indian NGO that delivers innovative, evidence-based educational programs for children, women, and youth, focusing on early learning, literacy, and skill development.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire MDTechnosoft LLP to accomplish for Pratham Education Foundation?

We needed help with web development to deliver educational content and improve accessibility for students and volunteers. We also needed help with data management and analytics to design systems to collect, store, and analyze learning outcomes to enable data-driven decision-making for program effectiveness.Additionally, we needed help with automation of operations to streamline internal workflows, including reporting, assessments, and user management, to reduce manual intervention in large-scale education programs.Moreover, we needed help with UI/UX improvements to simplify interfaces for low-tech users, including students and field staff, to improve engagement and usability.Finally, we needed help with integration with existing systems to connect new tools with legacy databases or third-party platforms to enable seamless data flow across programs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MDTechnosoft LLP has developed a production-ready web annotation portal. The team has also developed backend APIs and database architecture, an admin dashboard for user management, role-based access systems, API integrations with legacy systems, data migration scripts and tools, a multilingual interface, and authentication and authorization mechanisms. The team has also provided maintenance and support.
