For what projects/services did your company hire Mayune Visuals, and what were your goals?

Mayune updated our 4 websites, 1 of which requires daily data updates. They redesigned our main corporate website in a fresh, clean modern way, and made sure to optimize and automate many of the charts data tables. Mayune is also responsible for hosting and maintaining our 4 main websites and creating password protected pages to be submitted for compliance approval before going live, as well as updating various filings and documents throughout the site.

On top of these services, Mayune created a new design for our new fund page which will launch soon.

Mayune Visuals were our partner in creating, launching and planning our new range of brands which are new distributed in internationally. They handled the design concepts, surveys and the marketing launch strategy

How did you select this vendor?

Through a bidding process, we made a call for proposals and the one mayune visauls provided was the best.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Their initial job was to make several packages designs, for all ranges; men/ woman, older/ younger, wealthy/middle, playful/ serious. Then research the attractiveness of the packs through focus groups to find the proper feedback. After the final designs were chosen they additionally modified them the feedback info.

What was the team composition?

We worked jointly with our teams, my team would serve in assisting mayune visuals in market information, and through there project manager we kept in touch daily. In more serious decisions the creative director and CEO would help define everything

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The premilary work was the most important to us which mayune finished, now we are working on sales execution which they play a minimal role.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I have no complaint, we stuck to timelines and they delivered every time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were truly committed to understanding the nature of our business so they would have all the necessary tools to deliver.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Not really, every thing went smoothly.
