The project start with collecting of what we needs to be done specifically, so they collect what they call 'requirements' from us. They documented the plan and consult us for our approval. Afterwards, they start a development with regular briefings and consultations from us. We had to review our site progress live through the link they provided us with. After completing, they launch the website

One project Manager, who oversees all the tasks carried out, one designer and one developers. The were only three team members who dealt with our project.

The deadlines were so perfect. We managed to make many deliveries on the first month. We hired 20 more employees to make deliveries. Actually we didn't lose the business while everybody around was shutting down. We never thought it could a new business opportunity, until now customer prefers our deliveries rather than go out.

They were reliable. We meet with project manager after completing every milestone. We spoke directly to their team and made possible changes accordingly. They provided a link from their website, where we monitored every progress made. We communicated through skype, whatsapp video calls and slack for documents sharing.
