It's very simple to understand. Users should had the ability to use Vkontakte inside Ukraine while being blocked. It should be implemented by using VPN server. So the app is specially done for this social network.

Vendor hav the team: BA, sales manager and android developer. The design was provided from my side.

The project was done fast as we wanted - in one month. During the 2017 quantity if users became more the 15 000.

During the first contact with MAvinx we explained generally idea of project and our requirements. As we didn’t have any strict documents with list or requirements, so Sales paerson advised us to start from checking and analyzing details. It took around two weeks and as a result we finished it and got exact commercial offer. We agreed it and started cooperation fully: UI/U design, Front-end / back-end development, native apps development.

I don’t know the exact team composition of vendor cause we contacted directly only with Business analyst and sales manager. I understand that they have developers but I don’t know number of them. Generally it doesn’t matter for our team. The main thing was to get the result.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched an audiobook store and ios / android apps. Contracts were signed with publishers and a content base - more than 2,000 positions were collected. We reached more than 50 000 users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As I remember it was really good cause I there wasn’t any misunderstanding. Deadlines were in time, communication - the same. We used skype calls, messengers, emails. All feedbacks were provided fully without any delay.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive was their sales manager. They supported us all the time, even after finishing the development. They provided us 3 months of free warranty for all software. Service run well, those our team was glad by the Mavinx.

In my opinion it was good result! Nothing to claim about.

The result was successful. Apps were published and website was launched. We had more than 1000 users in 3 month after starting. Also we reached significant amount of donations (I can’t tell the amount).

It was perfect. Communications, scheduling was fast and in time. We set up calls, contacting in advance and always did everything in time or discussed the changes in advance.

They know their job. I got a lot of advice from them. There were no delays and they stayed within budget.

Product was done acc our requirements, when we had anything additional the vendor did it. So they did as we asked. No need anything more from them.

During the next 6 months we got a lot of good feedbacks from current clients regarding our new website. They liked the usability and design. The traffic increased around 55%

The communication was excellent. The agreed calls (mostly via skype) were always in time or rescheduled in advance if it was needed for any side. The vendor showed the work in agreed deadlines without any delay. We are totally satisfied with the workflow and understanding each other.

The team is really professional—they gave me a lot of advice for many questions. BA (PM) is polite and very punctual person. He noticed carefully all our needs (questions) and always replied not forgetting anything. I was really pleasure to cooperate with this company. All conditions we discussed before starting the project (timelines, budget, development plan) were accomplished in correct way.

Basing on our experience it was one of the best workflow. I don’t have anything more to add. We got what we wanted on conditions which were discussed before.
