I’m the CEO of a company that produces software for banks and financial institutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with EuroART93?

We wanted to utilize their UX design expertise on several projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EuroART93 has designed the entire UX/UI of our flagship product, a digital banking shield. We've also collaborated on small projects for third parties. They've helped us develop the UX/UI of a fintech platform for cryptocurrency investment companies. Their team has also delivered several proof of concepts for our customers. We're currently in the process of beginning another digital banking product project with them. 

The flagship product project was the biggest one we've worked on with EuroART93. When we first entered the collaboration, we gave EuroART93d detailed software specifications relevant to the design. Those included user stories and functionalities. Based on what we provided, EuroART93 created the first design iterations; they presented 1–2 screens for each product area. We iterated those designs until we reached the final version of the UX/UI. From there, EuroART93 delivered the rest of the screens. Our developers then received an entire UX/UI design package from EuroART93 to use for the application. 

What is the team composition?

Most of the work we've done with them is with their CEO and the head designer. We've also worked with their Zdenko (CTO) and a project manager. I also believe our development team has been in contact with other teammates. 

How did you come to work with EuroART93?

EuroART93 was referred to us by one of our company's stakeholders who'd worked with them at a different company; they'd designed some digital banking projects for them. However, they weren't the only company we contacted for that project. When we chose the design agency for the product, we initially wanted to see examples from each agency. We asked for work examples, and EuroART93 provided several we really liked. The offer they presented from a financial standpoint as well. They had fantastic references, so we knew they'd deliver high-quality work.

How much have you invested with them?

The first design of our flagship product was about €12,000 (approximately $12,200 USD). Since then, we've invested about the same amount in another project and at least €30,000 (approximately $30,500 USD) in turnover.

We started working with them in 2018, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

EuroART93 does a great job, and we're super happy with them. We've measured their success on their communication and quality of work, which was based on the number of iterations we went through. They've delivered on the quality — the first design only needed to be fine-tuned over 1–2 iterations. The designs have been very easy for our developers to implement. 

How did EuroART93 perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication and treatment of us as a client are fantastic. EuroART93 has been great at delivering what we've agreed upon. We use Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and email to communicate. For the first project, we used Jira and Confluence for project management, but we've since moved on to using Redmine. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything about working with EuroART93 is fantastic; they're easy to work with. The design itself has been fantastic — we've been able to sell seven of our products to customers within a year. Customers are buying our product because the design is eye-catching. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven't identified anything for them to improve over our partnership.

Let EuroART93 lead the work. They're outstanding and creative experts in their field.

After that, we start with a tVC production After we finished the production of TVC we took best shoots and make a KV for digital campaign and also B1 and Direct Mailing Also we made a VO for TVC and radio campaign Our goal was increased new customers and upsell existing.

I worked with a few people in agency who are the best one, but this project was all by Helena, Account Director She was very professional and details oriented which is very important for me and company also Campaign reached all the goals in all areas which means that we increased new customers and upsell existing.

It’s not easy to share this information cause we have a couple of sales channels who brings us indicators and metrics but I can say that our sale increased for a 80% depending by sales channel.

We are one of the biggest Tour operator companies in Croatia. We sell travel packages worldwide to our direct clients and through a large b2b network. I am the general manager and the owner of the company.

We wanted to create a fresh-looking website that would attract our clients not just with a variety of our offers but make their browsing more enjoyable. On the other side, it had to speed up the process of bookings and communication with the client.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching through portfolios of more web design vendors, and after we found one we loved the most, we tested the functionality of their past products.

First we introduced them to our everyday work and needs. Then we compared what we are using today with what we aim to get after the new implementation. After around a week, we got several proposals from them and had to choose which way to go with development. As most of the WordPress forms were not satisfying for the project, we had to do a lot of adjusting and programming along the way.

We communicated with their designer, programmer, and project manager, who was the first point of contact and available all the time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching a new site, we were deep in COVID 19 times with very slow web traffic, which was good for testing in real-time and making final adjustments. After the pandemics we saw real benefits of the new website, as it is more dynamic and responsive, very user-friendly. Most importantly, the web app made it possible for our staff to reply in lesser time, making us 100% more effective.

For the first time, we implemented online sales, chat communication with our clients, ticketing system for easy follow-ups available to all our staff.

Not really. Maybe we would wish that some time limits were shorter, but in general, it was all very quick.

Meetings were held to assess the scope of the project, after which the Vendor provided the timeline and initial design suggestions. After the design was approved, the Vendor started to develop the web page and the company provided the content (texts, photos, videos).  After all was implemented, the web page went live and is currently undergoing minor adjustments.

My partnership with Euroart 93 spans over 15 years and includes many projects. Depending on the nature of the project, the work included everything UI/UX related, particularly website design, application interface design (web), application interface design (mobile), and brand package, including logo and book of design standards.

As I mentioned previously, I have been working with Jurica and Euroart93 since 2007 through several businesses that I owned or still own, including a web hosting provider & data center, a FinTech SaaS, a software development outsourcing company, and so on. There are several key reasons why this relationship has flourished for more than a decade:

1. A World-Class design: When working with Jurica and Euroart93, I know that the design I will get will be World-Class, and I know that the UX and UI of the products I am building will be on par with layouts of global leaders in the field.
2. Reliability: It is hard to find partners to whom you can entrust something and be 100% worry-free and confident that what you need done will be of the highest quality and on time - every time. Over the years, Euroart93 has become a fundamental part of everything I do, and for as long as I continue building digital products, Euroart will be my preferred choice.
3.  A well-oiled machine - there are many talented designers in the market. But talent is not everything. What you want from a partner is capacity and systems capable of delivering large projects in the optimal timeframe, and Euroart is just that. It's a real, efficient organization full of talented people.
