So an important feature of the websites was that there had to be a way to continuously deploy future websites for the new agents, customized with their info, without having a cost for it every time. Massive Web Design helped me obtain that goal very easily, and didn't even question or contest it, when multiple other design companies simply stated that it is not possible and that I would have to continuously pay them for every new agent we get so they can deploy a website for them. **SOLUTION** How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? I googled and found multiple web design companies in the area and contacted all of them. What made me ultimately decide on Massive Web design was their customer service. I was put in touch with Vaughn right away, who was always there to help assist any questions I have and think up ideas with me. The other companies would take days to respond to my emails or calls, and would not send quotes or pricing when asked. Vaughn from Massive Web Design did not ever miss my calls and he was always extremely polite and professional. I have to admit, I know very little when it comes to coding and website design but they made the whole process so easy to understand.
