Introduce your business and what you do there.

I was responsible for PR and marketing for Newegg UAE. We’re an e-commerce company specializing in computers, mobile phones, and any accessories.

What challenge were you trying to address with Massive E-Commerce Technology?

We were struggling to build some mobile apps for the company. We’re located in the UAE, so we felt they were the best ones to help us since they’re an Arabic company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We went to Massive-ET to build and expand our mobile apps as well as create our marketing strategy. 
 
What is the team composition?

I believe there are six people involved, including developers and managers.
 
How did you come to work with Massive E-Commerce Technology?

We got a recommendation from another company that had developed an app with Massive-ET. We checked their profile and contacted them — first through email and then via Zoom.
 
How much have you invested with them?

We gave them $1,000 for the first few weeks of work. They didn’t ask for any upfront payments.
 
What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Massive-ET 2–3 months ago, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re open-minded and really professional, especially with the timing that we set up since we are far apart. They’re also very creative.
 
We’re very happy with their work. They continued to work professionally during the current COVID-19 situation, and they’ve stuck to the timeline.
 
How did Massive E-Commerce Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

I’d rate them a near-perfect score. We communicate through phone calls, online meetings, and emails.
 
What did you find most impressive about them?

Aside from being professional, they’re very friendly: we can have good conversations about the work. They’re really open and always willing to come up with new ideas.
 
Are there any areas they could improve?

No. The work is smooth, and I’ve never gotten a complaint from my team. We’ve recommended them to a lot of people.
 
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Massive-ET should just continue what they’re doing and keep client loyalty. Something I really appreciate about them is their strictness in terms of timing, and they should especially keep this up.
