I actually did not select them. They contacted me as a result of them reviewing my previous website and called to my attention the many deficiencies that it had. I initially blew them off, but they were extremely professional and persistent in encouraging me to utilize their services.

We had a kickoff meeting to create the type of site I wanted. They followed up a few days later with a preliminary concept and we tightened it up from there,

I only worked with the project manager. He was very responsive and professional. This was the best service of this type I have had in a very long time. Extremely professional, competent, responsive. Straight A's across the board.

The deliverable were all on point. I can not express how happy and satisfied with their services.

Our website was limited and didn't have the structure to be able to fill streaming orders, sell merchandise and book concerts. So many hours were spent on the phone filling demand.

A representative reached out to me and offered to redo my website, sent me samples and offered to do it at a fair price.

I create music through Logic Pro X and streaming stores all over the world have listeners who stream the music. The problem with that is my business receives less than a penny each time a song is streamed and on some sites they won't even pay you unless you have 10,000 followers or more. So I wanted to sell my music directly to my fans and make a better living from it.

I worked directly with the director Nigel and no one else.

The site is just completed today, so I can't say for sure if it was a worth while investment, but it certainly wouldn't be their fault. They did an excellent job of addressing all my issues with the old site and made a beautiful new one.

I usually got an answer within 24 hours by email and updates daily as we progressed through the project.

Their willingness to meet all my demands in a timely manner was outstanding!

I am the type who rather talk on the telephone instead of email. But the world has changed where email has become the norm. To improve their communication, a call now and then would have been better in my eyes.

We had a wonderful easy communication since day one! they were straight forward and understood every need. they were very responsible with our time. and working with me is hard because I spent most of my hours teaching. after our first meeting they were extremely accommodating to my hours.

we had a first online meeting where we addressed all of our needs. after that very straight forward and efficient meeting they started sending of mock ups designs that were from day 1 very similar to what we ere asking from them to do. fonts, colors, organization of the website... everything as we asked for.

whatever isn't working is our responsibility not theirs. its from lack of time that we haven't been able to launch our website. This company has been the best to work with! looking forward for them to do our SEO too.

We had hired Markup Designs in the past and they did a good job. For the latest project I was asked to send $2,600 up front and they would get to work on our project. Months went by with lots of excuses but no progress. Nigel S. and Gaurav were who I was working with, they said they were moving offices, and this was why they hadn't done anything. Then weeks later Nigel said he was ill. 
It was just an excuse after excuse. Finally, they agreed to refund my money. This was six months ago. Now they went dark and won't reply. So, they basically took $2,600 US dollars and did absolutely NOTHING. I would steer clear of this company. They lie and steal. 
I have the email correspondence to prove my claim, as well as a PayPal transaction. It so unethical and actually criminal to do business like this. I tried for months to get my money back and they kept saying they would refund it-but it was all a lie. Now they don't respond to my emails any longer.
