The project management process of the Markupdesigns is well organized. The PMS tool they are using has all tracking for all updates and I don't have to make followups in my delivery of the project.

We had hired Markup Designs in the past and they did a good job. For the latest project I was asked to send $2,600 up front and they would get to work on our project. Months went by with lots of excuses but no progress. Nigel S. and Gaurav were who I was working with, they said they were moving offices, and this was why they hadn't done anything. Then weeks later Nigel said he was ill. 
It was just an excuse after excuse. Finally, they agreed to refund my money. This was six months ago. Now they went dark and won't reply. So, they basically took $2,600 US dollars and did absolutely NOTHING. I would steer clear of this company. They lie and steal. 
I have the email correspondence to prove my claim, as well as a PayPal transaction. It so unethical and actually criminal to do business like this. I tried for months to get my money back and they kept saying they would refund it-but it was all a lie. Now they don't respond to my emails any longer.

They did absolutely nothing. They asked me what I wanted to have done, gave a price, requested I pay $2,600 of it up front to get started and then did nothing. Do not trust this company,.

They failed on every level. Poor communication, delivered on none of their promises. Lied to me repeatedly.

Thier ability to get me to pay more than 50% up front and then produce nothing. I was duped and ripped off.

They could have done what they said they were going to do. They could be honest and refund the money they took for doing nothing.

Mark up designs created a brand new website and 2 apps for me. They were professional from start to finish and took care of every last detail as requested. They never stopped trying to please.. Professional in every way and I am definitely gon to use them on all my future projects.

I was actually contacted by their team. Normally I do not respond to online online marketing but I investigated their company and found them to be not only top of the line but their prices were very reasonable for the amount of work they do.

They helped me create my website from the very beginning call, with design, and with all necessary features required. They work with you on a day-to-day basis until your project is completed and you are a 100% satisfied. They also give 30 days of free customer service.

I worked with several people from their company. They're a company. Primarily I worked with Nigel. He was a true professional and very knowledgeable. I also worked with Ashish he was also quite knowledgeable and very proficient

It is still early in the game but I am very impressed with every impressed with everything they have done. I highly recommend hiring this company. I would not normally write a review unless I really felt strongly one way or the other.

They have a very personable style. They will work with you with whatever media form suits you. A accommodate my schedule. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in every respect

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

1st off I respect their professionalism and candor. They never say no. They don't try to do things to make more money they agree to the contract and work as hard as they can to satisfy you. It's obvious that their long term goal is to create business relationships that will last a lifetime. Very impressive

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If there was anything I could criticize it would be that I wanted things done faster. But in reality they did do it very fast. I am just very impatient are you impatient and want things done immediately. After looking back I don't think anyone could have done the project faster than they did.
