Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since I am working with them, the price per lead has diminished considerably and we had a very good registration rate.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team was very responsive to my demands and I felt the message was passing through very easily.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They were very fast to implement the project and very reactive when we asked for changes. Also reports on their activity and suggestions for the improvement of the campaign were sent on a weekly basis.
Are there any areas for improvement?
For me it would have been easier if the team could completely manage a project in French, without my input, but I knew from the beginning that they do not speak French, so not an issue in the end.
