I’m the CEO at Dronfies Labs, a technology company specialized in software development for drone technology.

What challenges were you trying to address with Markenetics?

We’ve worked with Markenetics for all matters related to communications. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve had various projects with them around developing our website, using WordPress. They’ve worked on our brand identity and social media marketing. They work with us to create tools that communicate our brand identity.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked directly with two people. 

How did you come to work with Markenetics? 

I’d know the founders personally, so I knew their work and had great trust in them. So when we founded the company, we started working with them right away.  

How much have you invested in them? 

We’ve spent around $20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started around October 2016 and continue our collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve helped us achieve our goals as an innovative company. Our clients have said they can sense who we are as a company from the first time they’ve contacted us, which means our message is exactly what we want it to be. They’ve met all our expectations and have always been willing to go the extra mile in every single project. They are always providing great quality.

How did Markenetics perform from a project management standpoint?

They have fluid communication, always using different channels when needed. We’ve had personal meetings, video calls, and use email. They have a great willingness to collaborate and have always met every deadline in time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work is just great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is always room for improvement, so they could work to strengthen their social media management efforts and maybe have a team focused on just that.

We are a wholesaler based in Uruguay. We import products from Asia and distribute them to supermarkets and other retail stores.

What challenge were you trying to address with Markenetics?

We needed help with website development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with the curiosity to try online sales. We had never had a website before but we know that it is something important and it is what’s coming next, so we started this project with them. Our main goal was to allow our clients to place their orders through our website.

What is the team composition?

It was basically just one person that was directly in touch with us. We also had someone else available to solve issues and receive requests.

How did you come to work with Markenetics?

I didn’t choose them myself; the owner’s daughters were the ones who started the project at first. However, after I took over the project, I felt very comfortable. They are young people but they don’t act like they are. They have solved every single issue we’ve had and have given us great advice. They have been fantastic.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them about 2 years ago and continue working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

If the project hasn’t evolved more, it is just because of us; we haven’t really dedicated the time a project like this requires. We just do it whenever we have some free time. But they have given us great advice, we are happy with their work, and we know what is it that we have to do next.
