They’ve helped us achieve our goals as an innovative company. We are a wholesaler based in Uruguay. We import products from Asia and distribute them to supermarkets and other retail stores.

We started with the curiosity to try online sales. We had never had a website before but we know that it is something important and it is what’s coming next, so we started this project with them. Our main goal was to allow our clients to place their orders through our website.

It was basically just one person that was directly in touch with us. We also had someone else available to solve issues and receive requests.

How did you come to work with Markenetics?

I didn’t choose them myself; the owner’s daughters were the ones who started the project at first. However, after I took over the project, I felt very comfortable. They are young people but they don’t act like they are. They have solved every single issue we’ve had and have given us great advice. They have been fantastic.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them about 2 years ago and continue working with them.

If the project hasn’t evolved more, it is just because of us; we haven’t really dedicated the time a project like this requires. We just do it whenever we have some free time. But they have given us great advice, we are happy with their work, and we know what is it that we have to do next.
